I had to give it a one, even though the hotel is very nice and the staff is very nice. If you are going to arrive after 5 o’clock, do not stay at this hotel. I arrived at 5:05 and they never sent me the entry codes. There’s no way to contact anyone. There is no way to get a refund. I was on my way to find another hotel when by accident a manager was walking by and saw me on the sidewalk. You cannot check in to this hotel after 5 o’clock. End of story. Very upsetting.

I love this place!! It is close to so many places and my daughter who studied abroad was only 15 minute walking distance. The metro, the bus, and many places to go eat are a walking distance. Although the room was small, I enjoyed the beautiful view of the restaurant which was right by my window. The room included a water kettle and they provide coffee and tea to prepare. The shower head was nice and wide. The room also included a safety box. The cleaning ladies are so nice and polite. The front desk staff had a wonderful positive attitude and always greeted me with a pleasant smile! I've stayed here twice this year. So, if you enjoy peace and quiet, this is the place you might want to try out. I hope to return soon! Thank you staff for being kind and attentive. I will miss Madrid, 🇪🇸.

Really good place, pleasantly surprised! Easy to get in following the clear instructions, quiet and clean. Provided shampoo but no conditioner but it had a kettle with tea and coffee provided.

Room is nicely updated, very clean and smells great too! Access instructions concise and easy to follow. Very smooth check in and out. Close to the train station is a big plus.

Staff were available and helpful, even though I was a late booking and arrived after normal reception hours.

Too small. We couldn’t barely move. We arrived at 1am and at 7am someone opened our door.

The staff is very friendly, the room was very clean and updated, and the location was perfect for my early morning train trip. Yes, as others noted, the room is very small but functional and as expected based on the photos. I appreciate they made room for a small table in there. Thank you!!

Es una propiedad muy cerca de todo, si te gusta caminar puedes ir a todo lo que quiera de Madrid, nosotros desde aquí caminamos a Parque el Retiro, Puerta de Alcalá, Cibeles, Gran vía, etc.

Buena ubicacion, cerca de la estacion tren atocha, a 10 min caminando

You Woukd think that the owners could: 1. Provide coffee cups. 2. Provide two extra pillows per bed. 3. Provide a usable sink. This one is ridiculous. 4. Provide a shelf or counter with the sink in the bathroom. 5. Provide a towel drying rack in the bathroom. A mini-fridge would be nice but too much I am sure.
