Easy access to the location, close to the city, the room is quite clean, the bathroom is also clean, the staff is quite okay, the only downside is that the marketing department doesn't respond when chatting for confirmation, there is also no wifi, the TV is not smart and the channels are limited,

I've stayed at Student Castle several times...most of it is clean...only the soundproofing is lacking, you can still hear from outside...maybe it can be improved

The room was comfortable. It was very clean, and the other amenities were satisfactory. There was a smart TV, refrigerator, water dispenser, and water heater.

The room is different from the photos, with old furniture and poor cleanliness. The TV works but has limited channels. Wi-Fi information was not provided upon check-in; you have to contact the marketing team for the password (contact the receptionist). There is hot water. Standard amenities (2 toothbrush sets, small soap, shampoo sachets, and 2 bottles of water). The air conditioning works well. The location is okay, but the cleanliness and comfort of the facilities need improvement.

For the facilities and friendliness of the staff there are very very good, the minus is the room manager who was contacted was very very slow to respond. The bedroom was full of red ants until my body was red and bumpy because I didn't know there were red ants on my towel and also the bathroom needs to be cleaned very very much and the room needs to be sprayed with Kispray ants. It is very dangerous if it gets into your ears while sleeping, hopefully you as the owner will listen and apply. Thank you.

old building, the rooms seem to be well maintained, sometimes there are some damaged ceilings, like the bolster pillows are not comfortable

the key can be picked up at the apartment reception. the apartment is quite clean, although the blanket looks old, there are stubborn stains on the blanket. There is a tomcat in the bathroom, maybe because there is still a garden around the apartment. the atmosphere is quite calm. there is a basement parking lot. the only drawback is that there is no laundry there. and the mini market is not 24 hours.

The cleanliness of the room is very bad. The sheets were not changed, there was still hair, no soap, only one lamp. I apologize for this so that there can be improvements from the management.
