- no hot water even after running the shower for 10 minutes - hot tip but out of service - no AC in room

Still waiting on my refund never stayed in this property. Buyer beware Expedia was not helpful in me getting my refund back from a place that was terrible.

Some rooms have no A/C, so be aware. But you may not need it since night temps are cool. My wall outlet was fried where the microwave sat, so microwave. There is steep ramp down to lower housing with a real chance of slipping when wet. I requested a walk strip for that. Come for the view but tamp down other expectations.

Place is DATED. no hot water for 2 days staff promise to fix the problem but did not.tv did not work. No AC .fridge in room read.OUT OF ORDER..

Mountain view not that important. There was no breakfast available.

Room was clean, Staff was hospitable. Room Service provided clean towels every day. There was a nice view of mandeville from the roof. Would definitely stay here again.

I was greeted very nice.I never had much reception to show my receipt as a tourist.The receptionist assisted me.The waitress was wonderful.The breakfast well done.Everywhere was clean.The view was great.The only dislike was that it had a little hill underground to go to the room.The fridge was unplug in the room.Its just an excercise.I will be coming bavk.That view of mountains is immaculate.

Staff needs to be better trained, especially the kitchen staff and the televisions need to be upgraded, half the time the TV's don't even work. But it's affordable and not a bad place to stay. No food nearby or on property though.

WiFi was bad room had no ac and when I upgraded they charged me again and was supposed to reimburse me and I don’t see it yet

Quiet location, big room, well equipped. As it is not in walking distance (unsafe and dark roads) to the town-centre, a small reastaurant/snackbar/bar would be an asset.
