The kitchen is being renovated so there was no food, however, there is a snack area. The room was clean and there is a nice view, the front desk person was courteous. I will return if I have business in that parish.

First of all there was no breakfast at all I was so disappointed and when I booked it clearly stated that breakfast was included. However I spoke with the owner and he said that he told Expedia to take down the breakfast and they did not and that he was going to take care of it . I will never recommend Mandeview to anyone, neither will I ever stay there again and I did not like where my room was my mom checked out the next day because it was very difficult for her to walk down a deep slope to her room so no never again! And I was charged the full price at that !Also the location was very noisy I barely get to sleep due to music being played next door and also some guest were very loud so this is my worst experience staying at a hotel in the Caribbean.

Loved the mountain veiw especially at night. You can see the lughts of the town. Kind of off the beaten path so you will need to get transportation to get anywhere. When we booked we booked with breakfast. Their kitchen is currently down. No coffee no amenities .

Still waiting on my refund never stayed in this property. Buyer beware Expedia was not helpful in me getting my refund back from a place that was terrible.

Some rooms have no A/C, so be aware. But you may not need it since night temps are cool. My wall outlet was fried where the microwave sat, so microwave. There is steep ramp down to lower housing with a real chance of slipping when wet. I requested a walk strip for that. Come for the view but tamp down other expectations.

Place is DATED. no hot water for 2 days staff promise to fix the problem but did not.tv did not work. No AC .fridge in room read.OUT OF ORDER..

Room was clean, Staff was hospitable. Room Service provided clean towels every day. There was a nice view of mandeville from the roof. Would definitely stay here again.

I was greeted very nice.I never had much reception to show my receipt as a tourist.The receptionist assisted me.The waitress was wonderful.The breakfast well done.Everywhere was clean.The view was great.The only dislike was that it had a little hill underground to go to the room.The fridge was unplug in the room.Its just an excercise.I will be coming bavk.That view of mountains is immaculate.

Staff needs to be better trained, especially the kitchen staff and the televisions need to be upgraded, half the time the TV's don't even work. But it's affordable and not a bad place to stay. No food nearby or on property though.
