We got to the hotel rather late and were given an upgrade. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Great hotel!

Great location and staff recommendations for local restaurants!

Remote check in was disjointed. Lack of clear directions and parking was not optimal. Getting luggage to rooms was a chore. Decent quality but not convenient to check in. Had to pay for instant room coffee on day 2.

Nice room, BUT air conditioning was limited.

Absolutely amazing place. Great location! Super clean, super luxurious especially for the price. My only negative was no clue with parking to check in, you have to find parking which they don’t tell you ahead of time, you have to park under the grocery store which is few blocks away. I noticed many people lost and no where to park and then struggling with their luggage up the stairs and across the cobble stoned roads, trying to find the hotel. Now that I know where to park it was totally fine and loved the hotel, would absolutely stay again. Again park under the grocery store down by the river. Or call and ask where it’s located.

Wonderful hotel, beautiful theming, right in the heart of Maribor. Wonderful friendly staff. Great atmosphere and traditional theming. Fantastic breakfast.

A bit surprised that there was no refridgerator in the room, and none available on request.

This was a hidden gem. Very nice room at a reasonable price with a lovely garden in the center atrium.

This was probably the quietest hotel we've been to in ages. While the room wasn't that big, it had a nice bed, the bathroom wasn't cramped and it had a nice shower. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was fairly typical, but good. This was an excellent location in the city center. It is very easy for us to recommend this hotel.

Fantastic very well appointed room and a most excellent choice of local treats and cooked options including an omelette with your chosen preferred fillings! Very friendly staff and the restaurant was beautifully designed.

The only problem was not having instructions on how to get out of the parking lot with our car. We had to call the front desk two times to exit the two gated exits.

Hotel and staff were lovely. Great breakfast and coffee. Room was very small though, so difficult to even open luggage. Great location!
