It is our first visit to Mozambique. Linda helped us with every step from getting paperwork for the visa, airport pickup, ATM, groceries, tours. Baobab beach is a gorgeous tree park with excellent dining is within walking distance. Odyssea Dive offers great diving and tours. If you want to feel at home in Mozambique, look no further.

Linda and Louis are fantastic hosts, very helpful and informative. The property is very well located right on the beach, far enough away from town to feel secluded yet close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend Lukes place.

Luke's Place is a fantastic gem in Vilankulo. Rooms are spacious and perfect whether you self-cater or not. Restaurants are close. Pool is sweet on a hot day, and shady yard looking out to the ocean is excellent. Don't miss the sunrise! Generators keep the power going when the power goes out. Owners are a fantastic and super friendly couple. They not only pick you up and drop you off at the airport but also help you navigate the complexities of Mozambican immigration...listen to their tips! They'll also bend over backwards to help book trips to Bazaruto and other activities. Will definitely return!

Wonderful place for a getaway. The unit is spacious, very clean, well-appointed and well located. It is directly located on the beach with beautiful gardens and a lovely pool. The owners were extremely helpful in providing information, transportation and arranging diving trips and a guided tour of the town. They also provided transportation to and from the airport.

Beautiful cottage, wonderful view and the nicest hosts! Truly recommend!
