Comfortable and quiet. Nice bed, helpful staff.

Overall, I had an excellent experience at the Dzimbahwe Guest Lodge. Five Stars. During my trip to Zimbabwe Victoria Falls, I stayed here three nights. The room was always clean, comfortable, and felt safe. The room also had a nice little refrigerator and a nice TV and a lot, and I mean a lot of closet space. The room was spacious, a lot of light and I felt very at home. I did not need a fancy upscale lodge and I have to say the price was extremely reasonable. What really stood out was the staff — everyone I interacted with, housekeeping, bellmen, and reception was polite, friendly, and helpful-Grace and Anne. I want to mention specifically Knowledge – he was extra kind to me during my stay. Hospitality will be remembered. When I’m back in Zimbabwe one day, which I hope is soon, I’ll definitely be staying at the Dzimbahwe Guest lodge again. For the quality and service, the price is very reasonable.

The rooms are spacious and kept very clean as well as well maintained. The staff went out of their way to ensure that we had earlier breakfast than usual before we checked out, really customer care par excellence.

Grace was amazing, as was everyone we interacted with. Loved the girl at breakfast. So friendly. Everyone there looked so happy to be working there. Great setting. Great service. Washed and ironed our clothes for 50 cents an item. Unbelievable. Transportation to and from lodge was constantly great with warm, friendly people.

We stayed for a few days on a trip to see Victoria Falls. The property was lovely, in most respects.The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast while not fancy was sufficient. The staff were friendly and attentive, and very helpful in arranging transportation. We did have significant issues with the wifi, which was problematic as my friend needed it to work. The staff worked to get it resolved, and it eventually was, but this was quite inconvenient.

Best time ever

Entering this guest house, we felt taken well care of. Calm athmosphere. Good safety. Small, sweet pool area with garden, well kept. Friendly staff, small but good restaurant. We had our own car, parked inside. (But taxi would also work)

The property is in a quiet location. The restaurant's food is good. It's an older property, so there are minor maintenance issues. The staff is responsive to our needs. We had a good stay for 3 days.

I was very pleased with the efficiency of the office staff. The driver was pleasant and truly a nice person. The Breakfast selection was more than adequate and the staff was pleasant and accommodating. Our room was clean and met our needs. We appreciate all that the staff did to make our stay pleasant. Thank you, very much.

Ideal hotel during my stay. The staff was excellent. Very helpful with coordinating transportation into town and do the airport. Great room, really nice property. Definitely would stay here next time I visit.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Grace in particular was amazing. They have electricity problems which is difficult with no air con. Breakfast was very nice.

We loved this quaint property. The rooms were spacious comfortable and clean. We were there in September making the outside temperature hot. The provided AC is a must and made the accommodations quite pleasant. They provided a very good breakfast buffet in an outdoor, sheltered setting that was also pleasant. The cost was very reasonable (under $100 per night and was more than worth it) ...as you may know you can pay upward to $300 to $500 per night if you want to but for the money Dzimbahwe Guest Lodge is excellent! And one of the reasons It is excellent is because of people like Grace who works as one of the receptionist. Her name Grace, is a perfect fit for her demeanor! Grace goes above and beyond to help in anyway you need. She made phone calls for us, made suggestions and because of her we were made aware of our flight change that required us to return to the Victoria Falls Airport several hours earlier than expected. Had it not been for her we might of missed our flight home to the United States. Thank you Grace, your the best!

A pleasant comfortable place on the edge of Victoria Falls. The staff makes sure that you have access to everything, even easy access to the town.

Nice property to stay but you need taxi to move around, 5 dollars to town, 10 dollars to Victoria Falls and 30 dollars to airport
