Staff friendly, room nice and cool.

The room size is comfortable. It is very clean and pleasant. The hotel is located next to a main road and opposite is a hospital. If you are a light sleeper, I'd recommend you book in the rooms on the back side (parking side) if you have the freedom of choice. Starbucks is below the hotel which makes it convenient. Other restaurants and Aeon Big are available within walking distance.

Having tried multiple hotels in Batu Pahat, I would rate this as the best hotel despite it not being a 4 or 5 star hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, well maintained, and relatively new. Most of the other hotels in BP are very old and vary in how well they are maintained. The location is very good. There is a Starbucks below the hotel, and many eating options are within walking distance. Aeon Big and Square One mall are also within walking distance. Parking is not a hassle also as there is a large free parking area next to the hotel.
