Towels was poor and amenities was not in the room,

Property was clean. Staff were good but the staff assume everyone is a transit passenger so they send you to wrong location for breakfast, ask you for a voucher to get the shuttle to airport from airport to hotel which was a bit frustrating.

I stayed for 6 nights and it was amazing everything the room is massive and and clean also I was in E608 and the girls clean the rooms so nice and tidy every morning

When I arrived they said I had to pay more and I had to pay an extra 50 usd . The person at the front desk was very rude confrontational and even wanted me to leave and look for a cheaper hotel . I would like to get my 50 dollars back and make a complent to the management

Sky is an amazing hotel located in one of the best neighborhoods in Addis. It’s also an excellent option for red eye flights as it is located very close to the airport and provides free shuttle back and forth. I have stayed multiple times and every single time it has been an exceptional experience.

A good hotel as a building, location and rooms. Howver, the service was terrible and the restaurants were well below what you would expect. The food was poor. I felt unwell, i asked for 3 bananas, they insisted on charging me for a fruit basket.

The hotel is an organized mafia , room cleaners are thieves , lost 1100$ cash from my wallet. Got robbed when Left my room for gym workout . Only noticed once I reach the airport. Never again will stay in that hotel

The hotel was lovely with excellent options for delicious meals and beautiful rooms. If taking the shuttle to the airport, we would suggest leaving plenty of time to arrive since the shuttle was more than 25 minutes late. We were also surprised to arrive and hear that if we wanted to move into our room early, before afternoon check in, we would need to pay an extra 75$ fee even though the room was ready for occupancy.

Close to airport and great service!

The rooms are modern and excellent. The lobby lounge is very crowded with non-hotel guests.
