Waterpark was great for the kids. Staff were nice. I was annoyed there was no laundry available because I had counted on that when I booked. The walls were thin and guests were loud, which caused some issues for me because I had several zoom meetings. (I chose the hotel because I thought kids could hang out while I worked. The kids were happy at the waterpark but loud guests and thin walls were louder than my kids would have been.)

Clean and spacious room

As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a strong musky smell, almost as if someone had previously smoked in it. It was quite overwhelming and honestly gave me a headache, so I had to air out the room. When I pulled back the sheets, I also noticed a yellow stain on the mattress, which made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. The carpet didn’t feel particularly clean either. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the condition and cleanliness of the room really affected my overall experience. I will not be staying here again.

The front desk agent seemed very rushed and explained things too quickly during check-in. Furthermore, the hotel total does not match the amount I was charged.

There were two weddings at the hotel and a soccer team - so it was quite busy. The facility also has a water slide and pool - so it was quite loud and busy with kids. Although kids were running around, having fun and being noisy - they quieted down about 11:00 pm. The front desk was more than accommodating and was able to give us a quiet room on the top floor away from all the kids. Overall good place to stay. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable.

The room was exceptionally clean! The staff were so kind! The waterpark is perfect for kids!

The staff really was great when I wanted to extend my stay. They helped me get the best rates even if I wasn’t directly with them. Only down side they never gave me a callback to let me know the room was ready for our extended staff.

Only stayed for 1 night so can't really comment deeply on many of the questions other than to say we had a good experience overall and would stay again.

We booked this hotel in particular because of the pool amenities. The pool staff was excellent, they were right on top of everything. The pool area is crowded and somewhat awkward for those not swimming or sliding, also very noisy. One issue we found was the amount of chlorine in the hot tub actually bleached our suits and burned our eyes. The room was standard, bed was comfy, we liked that the fan could be set to run all night to subdue any noise in adjoining rooms and the hallway (rather than coming on and off intermittently). For the price paid ($243 per night), a complimentary breakfast would be a nice option.
