Staff were waiting at the airport and I was warmly welcomed at the hotel. Very friendly staff and a delicious breakfast as well.

Yes. The breakfast menu was awesome. Rosetta's omelets were amazing and her smile was winsome! Lydia was polite, pleasant, and professional. Susan was amazing and friendly. Thank you. The team lead Gabriel was friendly and visible. I also met, David, the manager. He sees himself as a team leader. He also gave me a mug and a nice Hotel bag.

Our stay at 67 Airport Hotel was very nice. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to help us every moment of our stay. The room was big and clean, and the food at all the restaurants was excellent. I would definitely recommend 67 Airport Hotel to friends visiting Nairobi.

I stayed only one night when I was arriving In Kenya. The hotel was close to the airport and convenient with an airport shuttle. Staff was polite and knowledgeable. My room was very clean.

The bed was very soft and not comfortable, the bedding didn't fit the bed too small, no soap in the bathroom, no Aircon or fan in the room, The breakfast was adequate.

Location was poor and cannot be categorized as an airport hotel. It was too far. A rickety car was provided to carry us to the hotel. The bed was too soft and uncomfortable. The neighborhood was noisy throughout the night.

Pleasant staff. Clean room. Was surprised that the kitchen was open 24/7 and served fresh meals. Included breakfast was scrumptious. Surrounding area was quiet at night. Bonus was the free airport shuttle which was a lifesaver. Will definitely return.

The room was clean. Staff were friendly and professional. They were helpful to my needs during my stay. However, there was a mishap when sending a shuttle to pick me up. The management did an excellent job in making a board with my name. Unfortunately, I was not able to see it. It was not displayed where I could have notice it. I did not see the messages that were sent to me on my phone until much later. I had to pay for a taxi to take me to the hotel.

Although initially being given the incorrect room, and reception struggling to find my booking. The Guest relations manager was quick to rectify the mistake and was very helpful and attentive. The upgraded room was a much better size than the original room provided. My only negative responses is the location of the executive suite being on the top floor meant that the room itself was extremely hot, and not being shown how to open the curtains in the bedroom, caused the heat to be trapped in the room further adding to the heat. This meant the room was very uncomfortable to stay in the room during the daytime. Having just two standing fans is not enough to keep a room of that size cool during the hot days.

Nice staff, bed covered to prevent mosquitoes from disturbing your sleep. Good choice of food too at the restaurant. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. I would stay here again
