We had a wonderful Spring Break and would definitely stay at Hyatt Place again.

I liked the proximity to airport. The room itself was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly.

Decent hotel

Very nice place

I was on the fifth floor, but by the end of the hallways, something was leaking, causing a wet carpet. They set up two dehumidifiers to solve the problem. Good breakfast; when it comes to stuff, they were less friendly than any other hotel we stayed in. I tried contacting management on the second day because of the notice level; however, no one ever reached out, which is a shame.

Used this hotel for one night upon arrival in Aruba. It was great.

I really like that a shuttle was provided to visit downtown and a couple of beaches. Taxis were expensive so this was a plus!

Very clan and pretty. Right on the airport property.

I did not like that we had to wait for our room for one hour after check-in time. I did not care for the lack of quality (cheap architectural finishes and fixtures) in a relatively recent constructed facility. Lack of English speaking staff for such a high nightly rate is a problem for me. Does not live up to the Hyatt quality standard.

The proximity to the airport was the selling point.

I always stay at this hotel and the staff and service never changes!!!!very convenient to the airport.

It was really good staying in Hyatt place

Nos gustó mucho Hyatt Place. Nos fuimos caminando del aeropuerto hasta el hotel y solo nos tomó 3 minutos. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y muy espaciosas. Tienen un excelente servicio de restaurante. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. El personal muy atento. Nos dieron un traslado gratuito a Eagle Beach. Me volvería a hospedar aquí.

Leftover food was leave in ice machine room and smell up the hold hallway all day
