Staff very helpful thanks to Romel for his generosity in helping when questions are ask.

Rooms were in very run down conditions. Had to get lysol from relatives the first day of stay, to spray bathroom/toilet bowls to get rid of smell. Mosquitoes were in bathroom sink. Overall room condition were poor. Very surprised.

The room was kept clean and my stuff was safe and I didn’t had to worry about others touch my belongings.

The dining area staff, specifically David and Troy, were truly exceptional, demonstrating great helpfulness and attentiveness to our every need. Grand Coastal would benefit greatly from employing more individuals who exhibit such pride in their work. The front desk receptionists were also very welcoming upon our arrival. We anticipate visiting again in the near future. Please continue your excellent work.

The room was quite clean and tidy .. staffs were kind and courteous... overall was a great stay definitely would recommend.

Great hotel. Was just disappointed that the standard queen room did not have a mini fridge. You would think in this day and age that would be a standard feature. The staff was all very friendly and very helpful. Would stay again.

I booked and paid for a room with a balcony. After checked in and entered the room I realized the balcony was inside the building overlooking the restaurant! And I could hear all the chatter downstairs in the restaurant and the music inside my room. I left the freezing Toronto and wanted to enjoy the heat and not be locked up in a room for 3 days. I immediately went down and demanded a refund and was told there is nothing they could do!!

Staff overall were very courteous and friendly. The drivers Romel and Hussain and the entire team at the bar were awesome.

Pool small and in a weird location. Food menu stays the same each week. However the cook is excellent! If you are staying longer than a week and want variety you may want to go to another hotel.

Location great staff great but there was a distinct smell from the bathroom area like sewage.

Rooms need to be updated. Need full size mirror in room. Requested toiletries for the room twice but still failed to honor request. Restaurant and staffs was excellent.
