This is a great apartment. Every time I go to Genting, I stay here. But there is one problem: there are no instructions for check in. Guests who do not know will not be able to check in because the check in counter is very far away, walking to another building to do it without anyone guiding them. Be careful.

during my stay here It turned out that taking the key was far from the place to stay, getting lost on foot without any directions, as well as checking out far between the keys. Plus the toilet was broken and couldn't be flushed, plus the dirt everywhere, How could we defecate. forced to defecate in the bathroom hole. It turns out that GEO has many agents and different managers, my honest recommendation is GEO WITH THE MAPLE HOME LOGO, NAMELY GEO PREMIER MAPLEHOME, the check-in and check-out keys are directly under the lobby. really misleading me staying here.

Please make easier to check in to get key in the same location much2 better, so no need pick up key and drop key in another location

Havent try this cause hard to reach the hotel location (already ask people around there but still no found) so I book another hotel.

I will never cameback. There is stranger dirty clothes in my room 🥲, the instruction/direction in the hotel is not clear.

The rooms were clean and nice. But the experience to get the keys and parking was not convenient and confusing if I must say. The rooms are at a different block and the key collection is at a different building. Further more there is a request for Rm200 as a deposit which is only allowed as a cash deposit. This was not communicated upfront and ended wasting our time looking for parking at the wrong place and for my case I had to find an ATM to give the Rm200.

Room OK, very big. Clean. Very confusing as need to check in at windmill, but hotel at Geo38. Better check & make sure book from Geo38 itself not agent.
