The breakfast was good, but the amenities inside the hotel are so poor

Air conditioning automatically powers off after about an hour and would have to continue turning it back on.

The hotel was great. The area is a little bit sketchy though.

Great staff, room is much roomier then most average hotels in São Paulo, breakfast was excellent, area might be rough to around but there’s security and valet service right up front.

Unlikely the neighbor the hotel was really clean, safe and the breakfast was awesome. But the neighborhood is little scary , so I recommend get hotel early at night. Also they do have paid parking.

They didn’t let us check in early after I explained to him I paid for 2 nights but leaving one day earlier due to my 7pm flight , so we left our bags at the front desk for a fee. When it was time to the check in at 2pm, the line was out the door and it took them forever to check people in. No other hotel during our trip had this long of a check in . Horrible. Otherwise the hotel was modern, rooms were clean with a minor ant issue in the bathroom, and next door to the luz station which made traveling the city and airport easy.

When we arrived, the property inside was nice and clean, outside was dirty with garbage and many homeless on the sidewalks leading to the property. Once we were inside, the desk service informed that we would have to pay for luggage storage for the time up to check-in at 2pm (though Expedia lists this as an amenity without charge), no early check in options available. Once in our FIRST room, things were okay until we used the bathroom. The toilet was broken and only flushed once before the handle fell off the wall. Staff was very kind to move us to a different room with a better view, thankfully! Hotel staff did not clean the room each day, but were helpful in providing additional towels and TP when requested. Aside from that, everything was average.

The hotel was great, unfortunately is São Paulo every time you step outside of the hotel is not safe but the hotel is great and is located close to many historical buildings

Quarto limpo, cafe da manhã excelente , Mas o que me deixou muito chateada é que na hora de pagar a estadia o hotel não parcelou . Quando fiz a reserva em momento nenhum, em local nenhum informava que não parcelaria a estadia . No momento do checkin que fui informada que seria somente crédito direto . Deixei de me hospedar em um outro lugar excelente tbm , que parcela pra ter surpresa negativa que teria que pagar a vista praticamente . A atendente até falou com a gerente , mas mesmo assim sem nenhuma empatia pela situação resolveram meu problema . Isso foi bem desagradável . É justamente no momento em que eu estava lá aconteceu algo parecido com pessoas ao lado . Sendo assim foi péssimo, atrapalhando seriamente minha estadia .

Tudo limpo, bom café da manhã, ótimo atendimento.

Equipe muito simpática, porém enfrentamos algumas dificuldades. Os elevadores estavam sempre quebrados, somente funcionando 1 deles para atender uma demanda absurda. Hóspedes descendo com malas pesadas pelas escadas. Um dia o meu apartamento não foi arrumado, apesar de ter deixado a placa "fv arrumar"pendurada na porta. Café da manhã muito bom, considerando o custo-benefício.
