It was great. Arrived at 3am, very helpful staff, nice room, great budget hotel.

Hotel was fine. Staff good, services good and cleanliness good. Surrounding area was very congested even chaotic but it is right in the middle of the Market area.

Absolute worst hotel I’ve seen. Before we came we messaged the property the time of arrival and all was good and approved. When we arrived at midnight the receptionist first said we booked the wrong day, after showing we booked right she said we didn’t come on time and they gave the room away? Then we showed the message she said someone else does the expedia bookings. She said they didn’t have a room and didn’t want to refund the money. They weren’t helpfull at all and sent me in the middle of the night in an unkown city to find a hotel. Now that I contacted Expedia they say the gave me back my money in cash… Whatever you do avoid booking at these non-helpfull crooked liers. There are plenty of hospitable places to stay in Tanzania rather than these liers.
