This wasn’t my first stay here. The air conditioning works great. It’s off the Main Street so you don’t hear all the street noise.

A beautiful place for staying. Helpfull and nice personal.

We went there as a couple, even the smallest apartment we choose is very spacious for 2, including a well equipped open kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath on suite. The apartment was very clean, only the tv channel selection was very limited. The staff can be addressed any time in English, French and Malagasy.

Very comfortable, helpful staff. Hotel is new and in very good shape, suite style room with fully equipped kitchen and in suite laundry; staff will iron for you. Fitness centre and pool are nice but limited hours. A bank/ATM, mobile phone agent, fast food outlet and convenience store are also located in the complex.

Terrible experience — avoid this hotel. I booked and paid for a Penthouse Suite, but upon arrival the hotel gave me a lower-category room while pretending it was the Penthouse. This was completely unacceptable. When I discovered the issue and challenged them, they initially tried to push the responsibility onto Hotels.com instead of taking accountability. Only after I insisted very firmly did they finally refund me. In my opinion, this is not a simple mistake — it felt like an attempt to mislead a customer into paying for a higher category while receiving something inferior. The service was also extremely poor: shower gel was never provided despite several requests, coffee and tea were never supplied, and the photos shown online are misleading compared with the reality of the rooms. Overall, I found the staff dishonest, the management untrustworthy, and the customer service appalling. Do not go there. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
