I like hotel room

It’s good place to rest with family.Best place to relax and more.Breakfast was best and restaurant staff very helpful

reat location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about th,e hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. Nice for relaxation. Food is good. But i believe there should be more entertainments inside the resot since there is nothing to do around it.

Hotel is beautiful! However, most travelers probably aren't aware of the hike up the mountain to get there. Best advised to rent a jeep or a 4 wheel drive. There are alternate routes to the hotel, one of which is dangerous in terms of the tiny road with no rails. To avoid that, best to ask the hotel to provide the best route instead of relying on googlemaps to provide you the route. As for the hotel itself, staff do not speak English for the most part so googletranslate was quite helpful. The biggest nuisance was the bees flying around whilst dining in both the cafe and the restaurant on site. I couldn't enjoy any meal whatsoever for this reason. And the rooms are infested with spiders. I understand it's a mountainous region and these insects are everywhere. But some sort of pest control should be in place. I appreciate the hotel receptionist gave me another room when I told her of the horrifying experience of an extremely large black spider crawling on my bed while I was laying down. However, the second room was also infested with spiders. There is no A.C. in the rooms. This is a big downside as well, and perhaps contributes to the spider problem. Overall, though, hotel staff (from the bellboys driving the carts, to the restaurant/cafe staff) were all so very kind and helpful. Thanks to Ebubekir and Sevila in the cafe for always making me smile and providing me company. And thank you to the 3 young men working in the restaurant who were always attentive & smililng.

Very beautiful mountain to chill at. Everything there was exceptional.

-Everything is great except that they don’t serve coffee in the breakfast. You must leave the restaurant and go to the cafe where you can pay for cup of coffee! - Balcony has no table and seat

kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim harika zaman geçirdiğimiz bir konaklama oldu. personel çok iyi ve ilgililer. otelde her türlü imkan var ve herkes çok yardımcı.

Otel temiz konumu harika oksijeni bol doğa içinde ve çok huzurlu... karmaşadan uzaklaşıp dinlenmek isteyen için birebir. Restoran hem çok uygun hemde kaliteli. Kahvaltı doyurucu ve zengin...hem yaz hem kışın gidilebilir

Otelin yeri çok güzel orman içinde , ancak odalardaki yatak ve yastıklar pek konforlu değil, otelde market otantik hediyelik eşya bakımından yeterli değil, bal, fındık ezmesi gibi yöresel tatlar bakımındanda yoksundu. Restaurant kısmında yemek yedik ve kahvaltı yaptık,serpme kahvaltı gibi gelmedi ev yapımı reçeller sunabilirlerdi ayrıca ekmek kızartma gibi kolay bir sunumuda yapamayacaklarını söylediler... kafede oturduk tost istedik yine yapamadıklarını belirttiler, menüde limonata yazıyor istedik malesef dediler... personel eksik diye düşünüyorum,ama genel olarak düzeltilecek hatalar olduğu için iyi bir puan vermek isterim, dostlarıma ve aileme kalınabilecek bir yer olarak öneririm... tekrar gelmeyi ve konaklamayıda isterim...

Otel ortak alanlarına dışarıdan girişe izin veriliyor. Dolayısı ile günü geçireceğiniz alanlarda koşturan çocuklar ve onlara bağıran aileler oluyor genelde. Bu nedenle huzurlu bir ortam beklemeyin. Bununla birlikte alkol kullanımına karşı bir ayrım var. Alkol servis edilen restoranı normal restaurantdan ayırmışlar. Özel olarak restaurantın açılmasını talep etmeniz gerekiyor, o zaman da insanların bakışları değişiyor. Açıkçası alkol kullandığım için damgalanmak pek hoşuma gitmedi. Zaten talep etmemize rağmen restoranı açmadılar (muhtemelen tek talebi biz yapmıştık). Onun dışında bence orman içindeki odalarda sineklik elzem ama odalarda yoktu. Bir de odalar girişe uzak, golf arabaları ile ulaşıyorsunuz o biraz garipti. İyi yanlara gelecek olursak, muhteşem bir restoran ve hizmetleri var. Bütün personelleri çok başarılıydı. Manzara, odalar ve genel ambiyans harika.
