Łatwy dostęp, miła obsługa, sauna bardzo dobra ale siłownia niestety pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Śniadania bardzo dobre

Beautiful room with amazing food in restaurant

Excellent value for money. The onsite restaurant is excellent for dinner and the service there in the evening was faultless. The only downside is the distance to the centre of Krakow. However, public transport is nearby and convenient.

Hotel staff were great, rooms were decent size and lovely. Good here is amazing so was pleasantly surprised. A little out the way, station right outside so can either be off putting to noise or perfect for those that want to use the train

Loved this place. Very elegant. Beds are super comfortable, loved our deck. All the amenities were wonderful. The only downside was the location is a bit hard to find at night.

Room was excellent, clean, tidy, although in the night a little hot and the air con did not seem to be functioning. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from and one night we had dinner, which was fine.

Great Hotel

It's conveniently located next to the train station and a short-walk from the tram station, heading into the Old Town was a breeze every day. Very comfortable room, with plenty of space and amenities.

I think as more of a fault of hotels.com than the Garden square as the actual hotel website lists the square feet of the room and hotels.com did not. The room was quite small and the chairless balcony overlooked the train and highway. Location is not easily walkable although parking available and public transit close. On the plus side, the staff were kind, room was clean, and breakfast was good.

Fantastic hotel. Convenient to town and Auschwitz. Book a complimentary stay in sauna in advance. we were lucky enough to enjoy! Dinner at restaurant was also good. Breakfast was very good and dinner waiter was fantastic.

The staff at this hotel can’t help you enough, so friendly and willing to help when required. The location was great, just a short tram ride to the old town. The food was great and the price was on a par with pubs and restaurants outside, the food was very good and unbelievably good value for money. We would definitely stay again.

Very welcoming, very good place to stay without being directly in the City

It was very clean and a great friendly staff that will help you with questions .breakfast was real good with everything you want and the restaurant was very good food to with desert to room was very clean and nice with cleaning staff were great at their jobs to i will stay again

Comfortable, clean room, extensive breakfast, friendly staff, nice ambiance

The property was lovely and new and had a good layout. It was quiet and the furnishings were modern. I like a firm bed and this was great. The bathrooms were well appointed - good shower. The restaurant had fantastic food, the breakfast was pretty incredible. The location is about a 9 minute cab ride to the centre. Highly recommend the hotel.
