Room was clean and had many items for use. Kitchen utensils, glasses, plates, refrigerator and washer and dryer. The pillows were hard but I think that is normal in Japan. Nice shower and accommodations were close by. Loved staying here and easy check in and check out process

自助入住，訂房後已上傳護照，入住時還需要使用平板上傳一次。 房間乾淨舒適，走路就有藥妝店超市，附近很多餐廳，開車或借用民宿腳踏車都方便。

全体的にとても綺麗なホテルで、人とすれ違うこともほとんどなく快適に過ごせました。 何よりも洗濯機とガス式乾燥機が各部屋に設置されていて無料で使えて快適でした。 今回、1人体調不良で前々日にキャンセルとなり、金銭面で不安がありましたが、ホテル側の対応は素晴らしかったです。ただ、Expediaを通して連絡をしたのですが、文字化けなのか返信が無かったのか分かりませんが、チェックインするまで回答が分からず不安でした。 朝スタッフさんとすれ違った際に明るい挨拶がありとても良い印象を受けました。今までリゾートホテルを利用していましたが、また沖縄に行った際はこちらを利用したいと思います。 今回家族旅行で合計3部屋利用しましたが、私たちの部屋だけエアコンをつけるとカビ臭かったです。また洗濯機のフィルターのゴミが気になりました。別の部屋の乾燥機からはゴミが出てきたとききましたが、その他の設備（ベットやトイレ、風呂など）や備品の食器などは綺麗で、各居室も広く充実した旅行ができました。 ありがとうございました。

直接用飯店給的密碼入住就可以取得鑰匙盒，房間裡面有日式寢具也有床很適合1家4口入住，晚上也很安靜，沒有聽到暴走族的聲音，一個房間一個車位很適合自駕，不用擔心找不到車位，距離美國村開車也不用10分鐘，附近有藥妝店跟牛角燒肉還有溫野菜可以方便用餐

1월의 오키니와는 너무 따뜻하고 방안에 난방을 하지않ㅇ도 충분했습니다. 간단한 음식도 해 먹을수있어서 늦잠자도 너무 편했습니다. 방안에 무선 청소기 너무 편해요

아메리칸빌이랑은 거리가 있었지만 딱 산책하기 좋은 거리였고 아메빌과 숙소 중간에 맛집과 편의점이 많아서 좋았습니다. 깨끗하고 쾌적하고 자전거 렌탈도 무료고 주차도 편리해서 렌트해서 사용하기 좋았어요 다음에도 오키너오에 방뮨하몬 또 이용하고 맆흡니더
