The owner was very friendly and nice. Easy to communicate with them. Elevator in the building was helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast that was delivered to our room every morning! The laundry was very convenient, and drying was easy. We also enjoyed how close our stay was to the station and other restaurants! Would love to stay again!

Very close to grocery shops and restaurants. And also the train station is easy to access. Very safe and clean nearby. The accommodation is good. With washing maching in the balcony and clothes dryer in the toilet

We loved the tatami style room, which allowed us to jump around during the day, and have maximum bed space at night. The lobby downstairs has a vending machine, coffee, and a table to play cards. We arrived before check-in and stored our luggage in the lobby. Having the shower and toilet in separate rooms was convenient in the evenings. The small laundry was useful for humid days, and we air dried washed clothes on the shower rail. We used the small fridge, sink, and kettle in the kitchenette. Shoten-Dori was a walkable street right out front with several restaurants. Fukushima was the nearest JR stop.

It is a comforting stay here. We made the right decision in booking at your hotel. No regrets. It was the perfect accommodation for us. Surely, we will always book here when we are in Osaka.

La limpieza y tecnología bien pero lo de dormir en un mini colchón en el suelo y el poco espacio entre los colchones y las 4 maletas ya no había ningún espacio para nada

洗濯の備品も揃っていて、乾燥機も付いているので、洗って、干してとできるのでファミリーには助かりました！子ども達も大満足でおうちみたいにサイコーと言っていました。お世話になりました。

ドライヤーの線が切れそうだった。駅からの道案内の地図が分かりにくかった。 あとは特に問題なかったです。

アパートメント滞在は初めてですが、大変快適に過ごすことができました。 洗濯や食事の備品、洗剤まで置いてありホテルにない快適さがありました。部屋もとてもきれいでした。 丁寧で迅速な対応に感謝しています。トラブルがあった時の不安もすぐに解消されました。 また機会があったら是非利用させていただきます。

子供と、USJやキッザニア甲子園に行く目的で利用しました。両者から便がよいのでとてもお勧めします。 入り口から様々な配慮がされています。部屋はとても清潔で、子供連れでも使いやすいです。 近くは飲屋街で、利用するなら予約すべきです。予約なしで入れるお店は少ないので駅まで出た方が良いですが、駅から近く苦になりません。コンビニもすぐ近くです。

2泊で利用しましたが、駅も近く快適でした。

部屋は新しくきれいで快適に過ごせました。 冷蔵庫がやや小さいかな。 浴室乾燥が使えるので、洗濯物もすぐに乾かせました。 福島駅周辺にはスーパーコンビニレストラン居酒屋ファーストフードが揃っているので足りないものはすぐに買えますし、食事にも困りません。 何日か宿泊してユニバの拠点にするにはコスパも考えて最高です。 また利用したいです。
