Very close to the airport and near to the downtown area in Silao

Excellent service. Easy to communicate with the owner, who was very flexible and helpful. The property is new, very well appointed and pleasingly decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and was cleaned for us daily. It was a joy to stay at this place for 3 days.

Super safe and quiet?

Although I contacted the property 48 hours prior I was not given any codes to get in. I was given a phone number which I had text earlier in the day to notify we would be arriving with no response. My taxi waited OVER AN HOUR (extra charge for me) with me and even reached out to the property manager on his phone to get them to answer. Finally was able to get in. Very friendly regardless. The person in charge Karla, promised to send a driver to take us to the airport in the morning (she offered) , The driver never arrived. We struggled to find alternate arrangements. It is not the type of place where you can walk out and find a taxi. The place is very nice and very clean and very secure, but not very well organized as far as getting in and please don’t make promises you cannot keep. We were counting on your word to get us to the airport on time.

This place was so nice and safe that we didn't even want to leave the room. Unbelievable price for this place and they even had neflix accounts on both tv's :)

Modern. Ample space. Well organized.

If anyone books here contact property first. Otherwise, I guarantee you will get lost. Google maps and all other map apps are useless. Take you in circles. Can’t say if property is nice or since after an hour of trying to locate ended sleeping in another hotel.

It is an amazing place very modern , new,clean ,the location is very convenient, the place is really pretty you can feel like you are in your own house very well done!

It was a nice and quite place where I could relax after a long day of walking, everything was near by since I was in the middle of two cities

I’m pretty sure these are brand new lofts. They’re really clean. Contactless check in all entrances (3 total) had a little pad to enter your code which is the same for the 3 doors. Well furnished too.

The property was brand new and spotless! Karla was responsive and very accommodating! The taxi driver needed help finding the place. He called Karla and she stayed with him on the phone until she was certain he knew the way! There is an incredibly delicious breakfast place 300 steps away!

Excelente opción en Silao para viajes de negocios, lugar seguro amplio, Wifi cumplió con todas mis expectativas, de lugar, seguro y confortable, excelentes instalaciones impecables, felicito a Karla por su atención personalizada, sin duda vuelvo a repetir el lugar
