Hotel rooms very small, poor water pressure in the shower. No ironing board or iron available in the rooms. Hotel has communal room with one ironing board and iron (both did not appear to be in clean condition). Generally poor customer service. Poor breakfast. I am afraid many of the 5 star reviews are probably fake.

Everythin perfect except for the pillow, so unconfortable

Have stayed in a few styles hotels now, this isn’t the best one but my oh know what your going to get here. Comfy beds and clean and modern rooms. As per usual a little outside main tourist areas but easy enough to access, although area may be a little intimidating for some late at night

Great location, about 10 mins to the old town. Friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms. Good value.

The room is a masterclass in thin walls. I now know my neighbour’s ringtone, their preferred TV channel, the time they shower, the noise bleed is consistent throughout the building. Earplugs. Pack them. Free parking is the one unambiguous win here. No faff, no charge, no time limit. In 2026 that’s rarer than it should be, so credit where it’s due. Location is genuinely decent — it’s not far into the old town at all. Easy walk, nothing to it. If you’re planning to spend your evenings in the old town, you won’t be fighting the commute. Breakfast is where things get properly frustrating. The buffet is dominated by meat — sausages, bacon, ham — which is fine if that’s your thing. Eggs are available, which is something. If you don’t eat meat, that’s essentially your lot: bred, eggs, cornflakes, sweets and a few apples. For a full hotel breakfast. No variety, no thought, no effort. It’s not a dietary preference issue at this point, it’s just a lack of care. Bottom line: parking is genuinely free, the old town is a short walk away, but the noise between rooms is a building-wide problem with no workaround, and anyone not eating meat is paying full rate for cornflakes and three Granny Smiths. Manage your expectations accordingly.

Very close to city center, easy parking

Uitstekend hotel. Alleen de bar ging al om 22.00 uur dicht. Had wel 2 uur later gemogen. Ontbijt was prima en uitgebreid. Kamers waren zeer netjes. Restaurant is uitstekend. Al met al een uitstekend hotel. Receptie was vriendelijk en snel en sprak prima Engels. Net als alle medewerkers.

Warto zatrzymać się w tym hotelu. Stan pokoju był nienaganny. Było cicho i czysto :) Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Śniadania były smaczne i bogate. Zapewne następnym razem zatrzymam się znowu w tym hotelu.

Szybkie i sprawne zameldowanie. Pokoje nowe i czyste z wygodnymi meblami. Dla mnie poprawy wymaga i obsługa restauracji ( śniadania) oraz ich jakość, różnorodność i smak.
