Lovely room Convenient location

system to get in the building is confusing. Code for entrance door wasn’t working. Needed to ring someone’s bell to open Otherwise everything else is fine

The room is so confy and clean. I definitely recommend it

No point rating staff - there is none! Well, cleaning staff; but others are very quick to respond to questions (about the safe, in my case). Location could NOT be better!! Great breakfast place and restaurant just down the block.

Great location, good rooms, getting in and out is a bit of a faff but otherwise excellent as a place to crash while exploring Lisbon. Walking distance to most sights.

Svårt att hitta vart man skulle gå in när man kommer in i trapphuset. Väldigt lyhört både från grannar och trafiken utanför.

I like the room space

Fomos prontamente atendidos em nossas solicitações, que eram feitas via site, porém a limpeza deixou muito a desejar. O hotel é novo, confortável e bem localizado. Um ponto negativo é a ladeira que tínhamos que subir para chegar ao hotel
