Small rooms, really really small, without windows, uncomfortable mattress.

Great bang for your buck

Very nice, clean hotel, friendly staff.

Good price, location, service and cleanliness. But not so the included breakfast. They give you coupon for service at a restaurant two blocks away where the service is slow, menu limited and food below par.

Walkable to every where

Very dirty bathrooms i was changed 3 times and all 3 bathrooms was dirty. Plus no one helped with bringing luggage to the room 3 flights up the staira. They wont refund.

The reception staff is very nice and are always willing to help. Special thanks to Yandri who was always ready to help with any issue I had in my room. Overall my stay at Cataleya was very good.

A little inconvenient when you were trying to get into the lobby and it was no one there to open the door with the automatic opener. Also, the breakfast is two blocks away from the property.

We found the attention of some members of the staff to be a little rude and to some extent, I want to highlight that not all of them were like that. The WiFi is very bad as is the television and its channels. We had to go to reception to remember to leave us things like towels or toilet paper, and finally the roof was closed to us at the time I went.

Area and conditions of the property were nice but the cleaning was very poor, I left a tower to be washed and they put it back on the rack as clean one. Also toilet was not clean for days.

My room was 203 it was like I was together with the room 202 because I can hear everything this lady was saying... at 2am, 3am, 6am.. unbelievable..I couldn't sleep.. the minimal noise can be heard..
