This place is a quiet little gem in West End. Lovely pools and grounds. Clean nice rooms and ammenities. I really enjoy staying here and I stay here often.

Not a very good place to stay. Had to check in and out at a different hotel which is about 10 minutes away and had to keep messaging on Expedia as there was no other way to contactstaff. No water in the room when we first arrived and the drain in the shower smelt like sewage when we first turned it on and there was dirt in the sink and trainer footprints in the shower. Very quiet and seemed like we were the only people there and there was a lot of maintenance being done and men constantly walking past our room. Nothing at the hotel and had to walk 10 to the other hotel or the high Street for everything. Was told that we could stay in our room later until we needed to leave and still had someone knocking on the door telling us off for missing check out. Booked a pick up for the day we left which didn't turn up despite checking the time with them twice and had to get a more expensive taxi, they messaged us 20 minutes later that they were there but it was too late by then. Wouldn't stay again.

The room was clean and the pool was beautiful and well kept. The location is good and walking distance to the water and restaurants. The road to get to the main road washed out during a couple of days of rain. The only complaint I had was there is no coffee in the room and it was a chore every morning to walk to the restaurants to get coffee.

The place itself is fairly nice. Fairly inconvenient having to check-in elsewhere and get to and from the front desk, but not a big deal. My issue is the property has tons of cameras and I do believe my wallet was taken from the desk in my room while I was sleeping. My fault for incorrectly locking the door when I got in to the room for the night. My issue is the place has cameras everywhere, boss was there and he refused to actually check the cameras to see if anything happened. He knew I was leaving that morning and he clearly avoided it. Gave me no help and asked why I didn't have it in the safe or maybe I misplaced it. I am back home now and emailed the property during daytime hours 9 hours ago. Still no reply. Seems as though they're hiding what happened to my wallet. 10/10 would not recommend

This place is a great value. The grounds, the pools, the rooms, everything was really great. I really enjoyed my stay.

I do not recommend this resort. Thay indicated free shuttle service, they surprised us with 30USD in taxi fare. Our air conditioning went out one night and the staff seemed very upset that we bothered them to fix it. I tipped for the inconvience and was laughed at. We were moved rooms because they could not fix the AC.The room we were moved into was the same as ours but had coffee, a mini fridge, and a microwave. Our room had none of these features and no hair dryer. I asked to say in the better room because we paid for these ammenities and didnt have them and they made us move back to the room without ammentites. They did not seem to care about our displeasure and laughed at me over the phone when I tried to discuss the issues with staff. I would just stay somewhere else and avoid the headache and dissappointment on vacation.

The entire team at West End Dive Resort and Splash Inn & dive shop were kind, courteous and pleasant. Access to the pool after a great day of diving was a lovely way to relax. Room was exactly what I needed, comfortable bed, great shower, and a quiet environment. Will be back again.

I was originally booked into room 6, which is not ready and cleaning products all over. Then they moved me to room 5 the AC didnt work and door lock didnt work. Then they move me to room 4, not much better. This place id horribly run and the buildings are so tired. This place needs a massive renovation

Clean room great space

Pool was nice and clean. Transportation is limited and it’s approx a 7 min walk to the heart of the strip. Room was basic but had good air conditioning. The water in the shower takes a very long time to heat up a there was a line in the middle of the TV where it needs repair. Housekeeping came everyday and overall staff was excellent.

The staff was extremely rude, except one worker, room water temperature did not get hot.. toilet was stopped up and the door to the room did not lock… i complained every night they didn’t move me until last night

The staff was very nice and everything was went well. I only stayed one night.

Had an awesome stay with the staff at splash inn! I originally booked the West end divers resort up the street and it was a really nice place with the pool but I'm getting a little older and up and down. Those steps was a bit much for me so they upgraded me to to a spot at splash inn. Shout out to Ezekiel in the kitchen for the great food! Richard, working the desk and Ramiro for translating are very important business transaction for me while I was there. I was there on business so I didn't get to snorkel or do anything fun but this day itself was excellent

The diveing and snorkeling options are fairly priced. Being centrally located on the strip makes walking everywhere you want to go a breeze. The staff was beyond friendly. My biggest regret was not being able to stay a little longer.
