The room was clean, although sterile. If you're looking for an "american" experience, this is it. No European feel at all.

Our room had no water for 3 hours first thing in the morning - no showers, no flushing no brushing teeth. I had to call down to the desk who said they would alert maintenance but got no update but got no apology for the issue or inconvenience or no offers of alternative options (like the spa showers).

The staffs are very friendly and always ready to help the travelers.

What a fantastic hotel! The pools, the beach, the service, all fantastic and only 20 mins from the old town (€20 in a taxi, or €2 on the bus). We will definitely be returning.

Excellent place to stay in Kotor Bay. The resort has great views and facilities are top notch. The breakfast spread is sooo good and is included with the stay. The staff are so welcoming and friendly - the check in process was the smoothest i have ever experienced. The room was squeaky clean and was provided with bottled water (2) for each night of stay for free of cost. Definitely going back when in Montenegro.

Great hotel - very keen, staff couldn't be more helpful. Spa, breakfast was all fabulous. Would definitely return.

Very disappointed in the hotel, whom didn’t accommodate a significant issue, where they state that the hotel is air conditioned but they don’t actual turn on the air conditioning until May and we caught a warm April week and spent 3 sleepless nights because the room was a sauna. They say the rooms don’t have individual cooling , it’s all one system . I asked them to compensate us for the inconvenience but when Expedia called them to apply a credit , they refuse to acknowledge the email and calls from Expedia . Extremely disappointing for a Hyatt

The hotel is in an ok location. Staff, mostly, is great. Peter especially was so very helpful and kind. The Lighthouse Restaurant was very good and really took care of my gluten free requirements. The two problems were significant enough that I cannot recommend this hotel, nor would I choose to stay again. First, the heat. The hotel is unbearably hot and there is no way to cool the room. This is not acceptable for a hotel that claims 5 stars. The second issue is the smoking. Smoking is allowed on the terrace of the guest rooms. This makes the terrace unusable for non smokers. The people next to us were such heavy smokers that we could not even open our terrace door at times.

It was an amazing stay, everything was great!
