A nice, comfortable, and pleasant hotel. This will be one of my favorite hotels to visit again when I visit Garut. The place is very kid-friendly. There's a rabbit park for kids. Drawing on Styrofoam. Small boats. Feed the fish. The staff are friendly and helpful, very responsive. The food is delicious and varied. However, there are a few caveats. In room 302: 1. The AC sometimes shuts off by itself, and I had to call the staff to fix it because it was an electrical problem. 2. The sink was clogged. 3. The Wi-Fi was very slow. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

Surrounded by majestic mountains and lush paddy fields, this hotel is clean, comfortable and child-friendly. The staff are very hospitable and accommodating. Check-in was also a breeze. We loved the gardens and the island with rabbits. Very highly recommended!
