Beautifully designed hotel in gorgeous grounds. Excellent facilities including paddle & tennis courts. Evening walks through the park were enjoyable. Hotel was clean, tidy and peaceful. Breakfast was enjoyable with a great selection. Natella restaurant very disappointing, expected high-end and polished, which it wasn't. Very expensive. Staff were okay.

This is a beautiful new hotel with lovely facilities in a stunning wine estate which is let down by a lack of staff training and the lack of a dedicated concierge. For example: 1) Dinner in the Western restaurant. Our 3 main courses and a side arrived over an hour apart from first to last. 2) When we asked at the front desk for a recommendation for a wine estate to visit/tour (not an unusual question for a hotel in the wine area) we were met with blank stares and the information that the wine sommelier (?) was on his day off and there was no information they could give us. This should have been information that front desk staff were trained on providing. However, we enjoyed the rooftop pool, the rooms and the library bar - all of which were lovely. We would also recommend it is considered making some of the areas child free at certain times e.g. the library bar during the evening.

Beautiful property and excellent amenities . Strongly recommend staying here if visiting Kakheti . We did wine tasting and it was good Restaurants served delicious food with lots of veg options .. even streamed FIFAon large screen which was a lot of fun .

Beautiful property, polite and courteous service. The driver did not have change, so he received a very generous tip from us (better pay with a card at reception if you book a transfer)

An exceptional stay. Although we arrived later in the evening, the staff were wonderful. The hotel room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Don't miss the view from the rooftop, just beautiful, only to be outshined by the lovely grounds around the hotel. There are two museums on the property, the wine museum is amazing and worth a visit, it is right in the hotel near the eating area. While the other museum is near the edge of the property and requires a ticket purchase. The breakfast, although a buffet, was amazing. Many options, with a vast variety of local delicacies. The staff were very attentive. Would stay here again if we make it back to the Kakheti region.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has the best SPA facilities and inside outside swimming pool. Located in a historical park. Room are large and comfortable. Breakfast was superb and many variety

Great hotel. Fabulous facility that is well maintained. Great pool and facilities. Food was excellent.

Had to sit out for breakfast in 30 degree heat as there was no way near enough seating inside. Was not able to sit at the rooftop pool as there were far too few seats. Very busy and loud with a lot of children. Would not recommend coming here.

Beautiful property with lovely grounds, nice pool/spa and great breakfast buffet. Lovely stay!

Pool wasn't heated, it was barely warm. Not swimmable, neither enjoyable.

Amazing hotel on a lovely estate. Great food and wine and service! Natella restaurant was delicious. Great to walk around the estate or enjoy the rooftop pool or just enjoy the view with some wine.
