C est un ptit paradis tranquille luxuriant d arbre et de fleurs, des gros arbres de mangues, des lits super confortables une petite ménagerie d animaux secourus par les proprios…. Littéralement a 3 min à pied… déjà trop hâte d y retourner

We stayed at the luxury condo. Everything was great. Wifi, cable, equipped kitchen. Breakfast was simple , yet delicious. Staff was nice and helpful. Unfortunately , the central air conditioning unit was not functioning properly. They tried to fix it twice during our stay, and it still wasn't working. It cooled for a few hours and then apparently froze up and stopped cooling (even if we set it at a decent temperature). It was hot at night and I spent 3 restless nights because of this, which to me was a big deal because I planned on resting well during this vacation. One of the bedrooms had a separate unit that was functional, but there were 4 of us and a double bed. This was a dealbreaker in our case.

It's a beautiful property, and we really love staying there, it just needs a little more Love from the Owner: The Pool area needs daily cleaning. We would appreciate for rooms to be cleaned daily, because if we didn't ask for the room to be cleaned, it just wasn't done. Linens and towels definitely need an upgrade. We're thankful for the free breakfast daily, and for the kitchen staff to be so accommodating. Lorelei is an excellent employee and it's because of her that I'm giving it a 4 star and not a 3 star review; I really hope she gets a raise and recognition from the Owner because she did SO MUCH for us, more than anybody else. She's a 5-star employee!

My room was comfy, large with a refrigerator holding beer for my consumption. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bath with walk in shower perfect. The pool is excellent in design with floats available and water seating. The resident cat and birds and turtles and rabbit are wonderful. Everything is first class in this hidden tropical paradise!

Beautiful stay, Staff was very helpful and friendly. Less then five minutes walk to beach. Lot of restaurants in the area.

Super clean rooms, fantastic and responsive staff, beautiful pool and fountain, tropical paradise complete with sea turtle, bunnies, parrots, cats and a dog!! Comfortable beds! Room cleaned upon request. Stayed 2 weeks and they even did our laundry 2x! 20 years of excellence

The staff at West Bay Lodge were excellent and accommodating. They made check-in easy, amd helped to easily book a shuttle to the airport. Highly recommend!

I traveled with my two teenagers and they loved the lodge they liked the feeding the animals too. I appreciated the free breakfast and the quick walk to the beach. Celeste, the owner was amazing and Lorelei at the front office also! Super helpful and helped me with horseback riding for my daughter and charter fishing for my son. Cannot recommend West Bay Lodge enough! We are going back next year too!

Good customer service

We absolutely love this place, it was our favorite stay in West Bay. It’s like a little jungle cabin oasis and the owner rescues animals, and we love animals. So we thoroughly enjoyed the cats, the bunnies, the turtles etc. The pool was clean and warm. The beds had memory foam toppers and were soft and comfortable. Very nice size refrigerator with a freezer in your room. Microwave. Small smart TV. It’s only about a five minute walk to West Bay. 10/10

Stayed for one night due to cancelled flight plans. Fantastic area, close to beach, but still quiet. Hammock on porch was nice. Staff was super friendly. Good, low price option for West Bay area.

We stayed 2 weeks. Celeste and her team are exceptional. We didn’t want to leave! They treated us like family. They helped us plan excursions, recommended local restaurants and had great recommendations on the best snorkelling spots right off the beach, which is only a short walk across the street. We have already recommended West Bay Lodge to everyone who asks about Roatan! Make sure you check out their guest special packages at the on site spa. We had an amazing 2 weeks full of snorkelling, beach and hammock time, good food and spa services! Highly recommend West Bay Lodge!
