Amazing hotel, truly breathtaking the moment you step outside on the terrace. The hotel staff was incredible, shout out to Marco for helping us book tennis. We absolutely loved our honeymoon here and only wish we could afford to stay longer!

My family absolutely loved staying here. The views, pools, restaurants, service, boat charters, and everyone there was nothing short of world-class. We cannot wait to return.

It’s more beautiful than in the pictures. The numerous hot spring pools on the resort, made it the ultimate relaxing vacation. The staff goes beyond for their guests. Highly recommend this hotel!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at San Montano Resort & Spa. The views over Ischia and the Bay of Naples are breathtaking, the pools and spa facilities are world-class, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and elegant. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was warm and professional, but I want to especially recognize Gennaro, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. His attention to detail, thoughtful recommendations, and genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome and well cared for. San Montano is the perfect place to unwind, enjoy incredible food, and soak in the beauty of Ischia. Highly recommended — we will definitely return!

Absolutely stunning property with beyond helpful staff. The room, views, and amenities were first class. Provision of transportation and access to the beach was such a treat. I would highly recommend staying here and experiencing everything they have to offer. We will be back!!!

Amazing stay! The staff and service are amazing, views are stunning, property is so beautiful. The buffet breakfast is great and well stocked, and their pizza lunch delicious! Great spot too and the shuttle to town is super convenient. Beautiful, wonderful stay - didn’t want to leave!

Amazing property with super amazing views and baths, also very friendly staff, comfortable bed, everything is nicely clean. Improvements could be updating the showers and watersystems at the moment when everyone showers there is almost no hot water and some staff does not properly speak English. I recommend you to still go there, best hotel in Ischia on this side

Wow, what a place! Spectacular views, many great pools (hot and cold), thermal baths, sauna, spa (reasonably priced), helpful and gracious staff, ultra-clean, nice room if not terribly large. Would stay here again if I returned. Food in the main restaurant was good but not superb and selection was a bit limited with dishes not especially imaginative, yet even this quibble is not enough to reduce my 5-star rating. Especially since the breakfast (came with price of room) was super! Loved the piano bar and the player who took requests. A true winner.
