The staff are lovely, the rooms are clean. I've stayed here many times.

Stayed here more than 5 times and never saw a security guard come to wave a car for me.

The sink drains very slowly. I turn on the water for a moment and it overflows the drain.

Parking is very narrow and difficult, water flow is minimal, employees don't care about customers as they should.

Counter service is terrible, doesn't speak well at all, other than that everything is good.

Bathing gown has been forgotten above the cooker hood. We checked in late at night and told reception to send the maid to our room. There is no maid during the night and it looks like they do not prefer to clear it even if they did finally. Main light in the room is blinking. Room is good, quite wide and fully furnished.
