Friendly staff. Accommodation near the beach.

The room was worth the price and of good quality.

The black bag I left on the shelf opposite my bed since check-in, when I returned to my room late at night and lay down, the bag inexplicably fell off... I quickly prayed, "I'm sorry, I didn't ask permission before coming in." The next morning, as soon as I woke up, I heard the sound of water in the toilet... huh... This was the second time this happened to me. It was at the Muong Thanh Hotel...

It was the same familiar room, spacious and comfortable, and the receptionist was lovely and friendly.

The hotel is right on the beach, making it very convenient for swimming. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel offered a complimentary dinner upon check-in, but I was busy with work, so they changed it to lunch the next day. I'm vegetarian, so they prepared a vegetarian meal for me. Absolutely lovely!

The hotel was amazing; we rented the penthouse for the whole family, which came with an extra charge.

The staff weren't very welcoming; they didn't offer any service or help with my luggage to my room. The breakfast wasn't very varied, only a few basic options. The room wasn't soundproof at all, and when I requested a room change, they said they were fully booked, with one person speaking and the other overhearing everything. The hotel is 4 stars, but in my opinion, apart from being beachfront, it doesn't deserve any other points. I'd only give it 2 stars. The price wasn't cheap either.

The hotel has a great sea view. The location is right on the front of Vo Nguyen Giap street, opposite My Khe beach.

Everything at MT safi is great. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

everything is fine except the attitude of the male staff on the evening of 10/6/2025, Even if you suspect that it is an outside guest, you should talk to him and have a more polite attitude, not with an attitude of contempt for others like that, the room I stayed in was a room with poor soundproofing, I have been here before but the soundproofing style is very good now I rented a cheaper room because there are no other rooms  so the cheaper room must have worse soundproofing but I heard people talking and how the room above showered, I clearly heard all the activities in the room above doing everything The food is delicious, all the other staff are friendly  wifi is poor, unstable connection, can't watch anything 

The experience was ok, the room I booked through traveloka was not like the photo I saw.
