Old hotel, rooms not cleaned.

Location very good, the rest only to store your luggage... Coming in peak season was so packed and expensive, but rather stay here than a complicated mansion or Airbnb with a dirty apartment.

Overall, it was good. The room was clean and the location was excellent.

A budget hotel, relatively inexpensive. It's strategically located across from the MTR. It's also conveniently accessible by bus. However, we were a bit surprised that they don't offer cleaning services. You have to ask the receptionist to clean your room. Atmosphere/Facilities: Like an old hotel. No daily housekeeping. You have to request cleaning. Food: This hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but there's a restaurant next door that's open early in the morning. Staff Assistance: Decent Highlights: The location is close to public transportation. It's only a 5-10 minute walk to Victoria Harbor. Price: Reasonably priced compared to other hotels. Location: Close to public transportation and in the bustling heart of downtown Hong Kong.

The hotel is in the city center, but the room was very dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke, like it was damp. During the 4 nights there, there was no room cleaning at all, even though we had requested it.

It's quite good, even though the hotel is old, it's still okay, especially the strategic location, right near Harbour Bay Beach, so it's close to the streets and the view 🤗

Very recommended hotel. Perfect location and CBD area. MasyaAllah dan alhamdulillah kita dapat hotel yang lokasinya benar-benar perfect ke mana-mana dan dekat dengan train station, busway every second minute will passed in front of you, juga restoran di mana-mana. Perfect place to stay with your family and affordable price. All surrounding hotel convenient, 2 minutes walk to the I square, many supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. The most important we found halal restaurant next door, level 1. I stay 7th days during Ragasa Typhoon and really safe hotel. Friendly staff too. Next time if we come back to Hongkong, we know where we have to go😇😘 Thanks for look after us.

Bad Receptionist, I already told to clean up my room but until I come back, my room still didn't clean up.

The room has never been clean by the hotel during my 7 days' stay. When I asked for cleaning, the front desk clearly said that there were no cleaning and changing sheet service. we only get towels changing once. The sheet not changed, the soap and tissue never been refilled. And there were cocroachs in the room. The worst hotel I've ever stay😵

The cleaner never come to clean the room when the room cleaning tag is hung on the door, must go down and inform the cleaner to come for the task. Never get such experience before in my stay elsewhere.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful in the check in and check out process.

Booked this place due to our last minute travel decision. The hotel looks and smells very run down. Room floor is dusty and moldy with small roaches roaming around. The furniture looks really old and not maintained. No water bottle, no basic toiletries. The only saving grace is their location. With the hefty price I paid (sgd 555 for 3 nights), I would rather just pay a bit more for other hotels in TST. Trust me, anywhere but this hotel.

Comfortable, strategic, spacious, nice room, close to everywhere

We stayed for 7 nights, the room was only cleaned and the sheets were changed twice, even though we reported to the receptionist every day to have it cleaned, as per the information we received, but we were only given replacement towels, mats and tissues, and the trash was taken away.
