Clean apartment, friendly staff

Definitely not luxury. Our apartment was pretty run down and needs some TLC. Bathroom door is only working with force, washing machine didn’t work and even us trying to contact the concierge and letting them know? Problem wasn’t event tried to be fixed. AC barely worked, paint on multiple surfaces seems to falling off and Almost no hot water, one small shower gel for 2 nights and 3 people! Views are incredible, pool area was nice, water in the fridge was a nice touch. No one contacted us, no staff on premises. Not worth the money we paid for sure

Appartamenti grandi, belli e luminosi direttamente e con vista sull’oceano. Giardino curato. Posto auto (necessaria per muoversi se non si vuole usare un taxi). Concordare il check in prima di partire. Nel complesso un posto ottimo dove soggiornare nei mesi in cui il vento spira da est.

The view is gorgeous. The breakfast offered was excellent.

Great location with pool and easy access to beach and local shops / restaurants / dive shop. Spacious property with comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. However, the check-in process needs improvement as we were told that someone would meet us, but unfortunately did not and we were only able to gain access thanks to another guest who had had similar issue the day before. In total it took us nearly 2 hours to get into the apartment. Also had issues with the kettle near the start of our stay, which we reported, but it was not replaced by the time we'd left 10 days later. Cleaners came on a daily basis but overall some parts of the property would benefit from a deep clean / maintenance.

Lovely property, clean and well equipped

We loved the property and the location. It was close to shops and restaurants, but in a nice quiet area, on the beachfront. The staff were friendly and helpful, even outside of working hours.

This penthouse apartment was exceptional and natched the photos perfectly. Imagine a rooftop deck with dining, seating areas your own wading pool and oceanfront views!!! Spectacular

An amazing stay in front of a rather secluded beach. You have a beautiful view of the ocean, the staff aids you in every possible way. The room is spacious as well as wonderful. The market and restaurants are just a few minutes away. The beach is not for swimming though.

Very nice apartment. Theairport transfer taxi was waiting to receive me at the airport. The apartment was big and nicely built. Staff were also very helpful. One of the staff is called Karen.. very nice and helpful. Other great staff who assisted via WhatsApp are Anouska and Diksha. They also were helpful in recommending things to do in Mauritius.... Really nice.

Apartment size was very generous - kitchen and equipment were all of good quality - WiFi, Bluetooth speaker and tv etc were more than adequate - beautiful tidy garden and pool and the view over the beach is wonderful - staff could not do enough for us especially Sameer, Nalini and Estelle - thanks to all - only issue we had was that the bed was too hard for us !!

It's always nice when the agents have a cold bottle of water in the fridge and a glass of juice for you on arrival, thank you it makes a difference. Beautiful apartment, impeccably clean and ultra modern, has all the bells and whistles than one could possibly need or want. Very comfortable beds, fast internet, smart TV etc. The property is clean and the pool(s) and gardens are perfect. The cleaning staff and manager were amazing, thanks for everything and being so friendly and helpful. There is a great supermarket just down the road (Chez Popo) and my favourite beach is right in front of that supermarket. If you are looking to swim and snorkel in the sea you'll need a car or scooter to get there, they are both just over 1km away. Everything in the house + property was perfect, the owners may need to look at getting an conditioner in the main lounge of the penthouse suite in the future as it does get quite warm in summer.

I've never stayed somewhere that matches it's pictures. It was disconcerting in the best way. The sea view every morning was glorious and the pool was excellent. Everything you could possibly need is provided in the property. The staff are excellent. From the pick up at the airport and throughout our stay, everything was great. Huge thank you to James, Keenan and Anouska for their professionalism and helpfulness. Coming back to stay at this property is more a case of when and make sure its longer this time. I wish I was exaggerating but I can be quite picky and the fact that I was happy made my fiance really chilled ;)

Super appartement et une vue magnifique Bien placé avec des commerces à proximité Par contre difficile de se baigner dans la mer devant l’hôtel car peu profond et rocailleux, environ 15min à pied pour trouver la jolie plage de trou aux buches

Asunto oli ok ja kuvatun mukainen, sijainti ihan mukava. Jääkaappimme oli usean päivän ajan rikki, ja se luvattiin korjata useasti. Tiskikone oli myös rikki ja kaikki viinilasit erilaisia. Pienellä parannuksella ja henkilökunnan paremmalla reagoimalla tähdet olisivat olleet 4.

Nous avons séjournés une dixaine de nuits au penthouse et avons grandement apprécié l'hébergement. La terrasse est vaste et vous pourrez adminer de très beaux couchers de soleil sur la mer. L'appartement est trés confortable avec de grandes chambres à couchers. Le personnnel est agréable et à l'écoute avec le soucis de satisfaire la clientéle.

Wonderful penthouse appartment (no. A9). Clean and modern inside and a large rooftop terass (parts in the sun and parts in shadow). The latter meaning we didn't have to go to the pool or beach (unless we wanted to), but could just relax and socialize on our terass.

We loved our stay! Even before we arrived the guest relation team got in contact with us and organized an airport transfer, gave us tips for excusions & wellness. The appartement itself is very spacious, clean and modern. The kitchen has everything you need (a new pan would be good though). You can reach the beach, restaurants and supermarket within a few walking minutes. We would definitly come back :)
