Great small hotel with massage and small spa. Vicoria the masseuse was excellent and highly trained professional can recommend to all.

Arrived at the hotel at 6pm and asked about using the sauna. The receptionist advised that's it's full and would need to book in advance. We apparently booked an economy room which was located on the basement level. Room looked good but unfortunately got affected bad by allergies. Upon checking the ac unit I realised it was full of dirt which was filtering through the air. Would have expected given the good reviews this hotel has that the ac unit would be cleaned especially in basement rooms with limited airflow. At 7am the cleaners started making noose in the corridor an woke up everyone. Breakfast was good and made to order

Really nice hotel . . no complaints.

Not in the city centre but it is accessible. Quiet area with a supermarket a few steps away from the front door. Ate twice in the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient, happy to order taxis for transportation to overcome the language barrier. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Strong wifi in the communal area. Only downside is we left for an overnight trip and left an item of clothing in the wardrobe - our oversight - which was gone when we returned. Removed by either the cleaning staff or the next guest. So if you see someone wearing a Crusaders rugby jersey around Chișinău you know where it came from!

I loved the design of the interior, however, walking up and down to the 3rd floor was hard on bad knees. The staff was very welcoming but the chef could not cook my steak properly. Even though I asked for it to be very, very well-done with no pink, it came to me barely medium. The next time, it came to me rare. The wondrrful man who waited on us offered to send desserys to our room to compensate. The ladies who gave us our Thai massages were wonderful! The early morning construction noises were difficult.

I am sorry, my experience may have been unusual. When we arrived late at night around 1:30am, the staff told us, that they did not get the Expedia reservation. I found that a bit strange. It may simply be, that they thought we would not turn up and gave the room to another guest instead. They were at least so kind to help us find another room, but it was a bit less quality. They also paid the taxi to the other hotel.

Dont be put off by the dirt road, the hotel is clean and tidy. Everything you need for a comfortable stay

This was my third stay here and will definitely not be the last. Everything was good.

This is my second stay here. Breakfast is served in the garden restaurant (very nice). Had the Thai traditional massage and it was very good.

My first stay at this hotel. Very friendly hotel staff, English-speaking (not very common in Moldova).
