Well located but neglected. Cracked & creaking bath. Dirty area behind glass shower screen that poured water onto the floor. Neglected swimming pool with many missing tiles. Only hotel I’ve ever visited that a) had a price list for every item in the room in case I stole them and b) insisted on checking whether we had stolen anything before we checked out. Sky bar was awful! We didn’t bother with the breakfast

Checked out early, and was given a receipt for the days I actually stayed at the hotel, but my credit card bill showed that I was charged the full original nights I booked for. Have not received an adjustment even after I contacted the hotel. I still have not received a response from the hotel.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times. The rooms are good, typical Cambodian style spaces. I like that. Be sure to get a low floor room as the roof has a nightclub that gets pretty loud. The restaurant has good food and particularly good coffee. Very reasonable prices too. Yeah, brkfst doesn’t come with the room, but the price of the meal is totally cheap for the quality food. The hotel is just about one block to the east of the big central roundabout. Really close to the river too.

Staff is very eager to pleaae. Property is 'daily clean', but it needs a good detailing. Marble floors are dull, brass and chrome could be much better, Areas with low foot traffic seem neglected. Back of house areas have debris, old furnishings, need help. It seems the hotel may be struggeling with the slow tourism revival after Covid.
