I'm suitable for families who want to take children to play in the water.

It was a good hotel, 5 minutes walk to 7-Eleven 😁

The room size was acceptable. We booked a pool access room, but check-in was quite slow. The staff took a very long time to check in, even though we had a young child with us (around 1 PM). We waited for half an hour. We stayed two nights. On the second day, I think the staff only cleaned the room; they didn't change the sheets as the stains were still there in the same spots. The breakfast wasn't very good; the boiled eggs seemed like they'd been cooked a while ago and kept in the refrigerator, and the fried eggs were dry. There wasn't much variety in the food.

The staff were excellent, the rooms were superb, everything was so comfortable. I will definitely go back.

Perfect for bringing the kids to play in the water. The pool is clean and the price is affordable.

1. Late Check-in Experience We were only able to check in at almost 4:00 PM, which was quite disappointing as the waiting time was longer than expected. 2. Front Office Assistance (Breakfast Inclusion) I contacted the Front Office team to clarify the breakfast inclusion, as the booking details mentioned breakfast for three persons, while we are four adults occupying two rooms. I simply wanted to confirm the information, but instead of checking their system or records, I was advised to just follow the booking details. I found this response unhelpful and lacking in friendliness. 3. Pre-Booking Inquiry Prior to making the reservation, I called the Front Office to inquire about room details. I was advised to email the reservations team, which I did; however, I never received any response. Front Office and Reservation Team - I will give 1/10 :(

I would like to commend the hotel staff, especially Ms. Aoom, for her excellent care and service. Initially, I had booked a standard room, but upon arrival, Ms. Aoom kindly offered to upgrade us to a family room, which was very impressive. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family stay. It made our family trip even more enjoyable and memorable. Thank you again, Ms. Aoom, for your attentive and professional service, and I also commend the hotel for having such a high-quality staff member. I hope to return and use your services again in the future. 😊

Good room, comfortable bed But there are some coffee stains. There are few choices for breakfast. There are cockroach wings in the fried rice.
