For the price, the bathroom smelled awful. They even asked me to move rooms, but the smell was still there, as if neglected. I booked through the app, arrived at 9:00 PM, and the room wasn't ready, so I had to wait 20 minutes. There was no bathroom soap, and the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned.

Booked for Superior Room Breakfast. I am sorry i am very disappointed. The Hotel staff are excellent. However, there is some caveats : 1. Requested for high floor room, but instead got first floor room. i think the hotel staff are not reading the notes well. 2. The room photos for Superior Room Breakfast are pretty much scam, the actual room are narrow and dark, used yellow color light. there some dirty spots here and there in the room walls. no slipper as shown in the photos. 3. The bathroom are dirty, from the floor to the equipment. the floor have much water spot, and the equipment have very dirty spot especially in the soap tray. soap tray seems it didn't get cleaned for years. 4. Breakfast are disappointing either. the resto smells not good. the menu only offers rice with 3 dishes, coffee, tea, water, and hard white bread. nothing else. the cleanliness also questionable here, you can see by the spoon and fork. thanks, this might be unpleasant experience for me, but i hope the hotel management can take care on this.

The hotel is next to a cafe that still plays disco music very loudly until 11 pm. Can't get any rest.
