The security guard is super friendly and nice

The security guard was very friendly; as soon as I arrived at the gate, he came out to help me carry my suitcase. The room was clean, and staff came to clean it every day.

All the staff here are so friendly. The rooms are clean, the space is airy and has a swimming pool. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Amazing ❤️

The pool was small but pretty. The hotel is only about 1.5km from the city center, which is very convenient. Another thing I liked was that despite its small size, the hotel provided three types of towels in the bathroom and the pillows were very soft and comfortable 🥰. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I booked two rooms for my family at De An, but I didn't have a good experience. The access road wasn't convenient for guests with cars. The bathroom wasn't clean. The staff weren't focused on their work. I asked for two bath towels and two bath towels to be sent to the room. In short, I'm not satisfied with the service.

The hotel is quite close to the Old Quarter, about a 5-minute motorbike ride away. The rooms are decent, tastefully decorated, and well-soundproofed. Parking is in the lot in front of the hotel; those driving should ask the reception about parking beforehand. The staff are extremely friendly, the breakfast is good, the only drawback is the bathroom is a bit small and inconvenient, but everything else is great, perfect for a weekend getaway. I'll definitely come back next time.

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. The interior color scheme was also quite beautiful, giving it a boutique hotel feel. The staff were very friendly and greeted guests sincerely. There's a swimming pool, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to swim there. The breakfast was delicious, with an a la carte menu and a buffet of coffee, tea, fruit, and bread. I ordered fried rice and noodles, and they were delicious! However, the hotel is a bit far from the Ancient Town, about a 25-30 minute walk. If you don't want to walk, you can just order a Grab for about 5-7 minutes.

The staff is friendly and cheerful, but there is no parking. It rained when I came, so I felt uneasy leaving my car there at night. When I came back around 10pm, there was no staff.

Enthusiastic support regardless of any problem. Breakfast at the hotel is not too diverse but it is delicious. However, the soundproofing on the first floor is not good even though it is near many common living areas outside. When someone comes to check in early in the morning and is noisy, they are not intervened and reminded promptly. Overall, the most memorable experience is with the staff here, the room space is beautiful and airy. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Clean and beautiful room, friendly and enthusiastic staff, highly appreciate the security guard who always takes care of the guests wholeheartedly, the food is not to my taste, probably because I'm from the North, but it's okay because I'm quite easy going when it comes to food. I like staying here. When I come to Hoi An, I will continue to book a room at the hotel.

The room is clean and ok, but the bathroom is a bit small and the soundproofing is extremely poor so it's not suitable for new couples. You can hear every sound from outside when going to the bathroom.

The front of the hotel is currently fenced off so you have to go through the back door (up the stairs) and the road in front of the hotel is a riverside road so there are bad, small sections, 2 cars passing very difficult, limited parking, anyone going by car should ask for parking in advance. The location is near the old town, about 1.5km, near many amenities so it is quite convenient, the swimming pool is just enough, the depth is reasonable for families with children and very clean. Friendly staff, breakfast has few dishes and is very basic, the water dishes are just okay. The room is clean, separate toilet and bathroom. In short, with the price of about 700-800 and breakfast included, there is nothing more to ask for.
