Good breakfast included‼️ helpful stuff

Not worth it, terrible service, very expensive and honestly simply overpriced. The hotel is very pretty, but do yourself a favor and pick a different one.

The breakfast menu was limited. However, the available options met our needs. Our Superior Suite was very roomy and comfortable. The king-size bed was huge and very comfortable. Aside from the faint smell of cigarette smoke, we enjoyed our 4-night stay. The staff was attentive and friendly. The pool is situated in the common area and is not conducive to privacy.

I truly had the best hotel experience i have ever had in South America, in this hotel. The breakfast was iut of this world, the stuff were really amazing, and helpful, and friendly. The hotel were stunning. Probably the most beautiful and authentic i have ever seen. I can't say enough about how pleasant and memorable was my stay at the hotel. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I would really like to take advantage on this review paragraph, and simply say THANK YOU FOR A REALLY BEAUTIFUL TIME I HAD WITH YOU GUYS IN CALI, COLOMBIA!! you made it so much more then I had ever expected! Will definitely see you again :)

Sadly the restaurant is in the middle of the hotel, along with the pool. Extremely noisy, no privacy. Suite was misleading, had to pay $400 to upgrade to better room after zero sleep the first night. Beautiful property, but misleading online. Food was included and yummy, staff welcoming, lovely, and helpful.

All meals were excellent. Staff was tremendously attentive. Room is spacious and courtyard is beautiful.

Very nice Hotel Staff is great and location is Perfect But the pool is not really situated for relaxation They also run alot of events in the main dining area so peace and quiet were

This property was absolutely fantastic. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The hotel itself is quite beautiful and features lush greenery through the lobby and outdoor courtyard. I especially enjoyed having breakfast in the restaurant. I will return again for my next stay in Cali.

I enjoyed my stayed here. The staff was amazing, the interior gardens were very nice. I truly enjoyed my private rooftop garden.

Nice room, tall ceilings, windows with plants and inside natural light. Great staff, comfortable in good location. Definitely recommend it, stayed in Alko at Lago Calima as well!

An excellent place to stay, with not your typical type of atmosphere. My husband and I highly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is located in a very walkable area that has multiple dining options and vibrant night life. The hotel room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was amazing with both menu options that included omelettes and local delicacies. In addition they had a table spread with cheese, yogurt, fruit and pastries. All in all, a great experience and would go back again.

Well decorated reminds us of the colonial era. beautiful fixtures with a touch of good taste. place to enjoy, gardens with variety of vegetation that mimics a countryside paradise, spots to sit down & enjoy food or a cap of coffee. most importantly the stuff , remarkably kind, friendly, supportive & professional, without them, this place would be an average place with only the attractiveness. At our arrival, late at night, SEBASTIAN was greeting us with a broad smile on his face with such kindness and enthusiasm giving us every small detail about our stay. Along with him was EDWIN. A young man with such presence and willingness to give us a hand with our luggage, very unique & hard to find young man. During our 1 week stay, we started to experience the rest of the staff. LUIS came around later on and was able to accommodate us when an inconvenience occurred, One person i need to mention here is LADY because of her charisma, her passion for service, always focused on our needs giving us the best she could, without her this place would be just a simple place to dine. DEYANIRA and NIEVES were on top of our room, leaving all the necessary for our hygienic needs. A special thanks to JULIO for clever advice, and generous kindness. If i had to stay here, I wouldn’t do it because of the of the premises, I would stay here again because of the staff who day x day give it all with great respect.
