The Hotel may not look like much on the outside, but the rooms are beautiful, modern, and clean. The staff was excellent. If you choose the package with breakfast, the breakfast is delivered to your room and the options were great and delicious. The Hotel is centrally located and you can walk to the key sights within minutes. Highly recommend this Hotel.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were incredibly helpful in identifying where to go in Zagreb during our visit. We were able to store our baggage while we explored after checkout which was much appreciated.

The hotel was very well located and within easy walking distance to many activities as well as several train lines. The room was large, clean, and comfortable with the tall ceilings and windows being a nice touch. The separate seating area and small kitchen were nice to have. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions.

Perfect location for cafes, shops and sights. Staff are super helpful. Amenities were suitable for such a central stay. Highly recommended.

Limited breakfast which had to be delivered to the room. No lobby - it felt as if we were walking into an apartment building Room was good size and clean

The room was clean and had an adequate size in an excellent location. This rating is based on the issue that is an urban hotel where our windows sat adjacent to the windows of the next building, thus not encouraging moving the dark drappes. As for breakfast, you get to decide from three options for each day and it would be delivered at the time of your choice to your room. For us it was a time saving event by facilitating meeting early morning excursions. Some may want the comfort of eating out. Staff was charming and extra helpful.
