Property was very clean, felt really safe. Room was excellent, lighting could have been better, but was clean and modern. The entirety of the staff from the front desk to the back of the house were great, polite and professional. Breakfast was good, only detail I would note would be to put something better on the tv, old movies and music videos were kind of dull, this is during world cup times so maybe sports channel or something more engaging. Bar was good, the person at the bar was very attentive, drinks were outstanding, scar face mix drink was my favorite. Location, price, cleanliness, safety, great staff. I really love this property and will definitely be back

Great place to stay in TJ. Very clean, very cool art, fun place. Centeral location, good breakfast and nice bar.

The theme of the entire hotel is very unique. Looks like an Art Gallery with a twist. I’m definitely going back in the near future. Even though it’s right in the strip, it’s definitely a great hotel.

The first room had no electricity, and the staff did not believe me, so they sent a cleaner to witness that I was correct. Changed rooms then. The next night I arrived at 7:30 pm with a friend to help with my bags. The front desk lady profiled me, and as soon as I entered my room, I got a call from her saying I could not have a friend in my room. We were literally just dropping off my bags. How did she know the timing of the call? She was profiling me. Arrived back at night with the same friend to pick up the bags and computer bag; the same front desk person was aggressive to us. Not pleasant staff. BUT the breakfast chef was great. The art was nice in the hotel.

Very close to everything and accessible to basic needs.

The only negative thing are the only thing that was frustrating was when you would call the Hotel they couldn’t transfer you to the room you had to leave a message or they would be nice enough to go to the room and notify the guest. The bar was great the breakfast was good easy access.
