Clean room, nice staff and great location

Hotel Duomo was in a perfect location within walking distance from shops and restaurants. The hotel was air conditioned. The breakfast buffet was great.

The location of the hotel is convenient, but it is hidden under an overhang next to a parking garage. There is essentially no lobby. It was a strange at first. The rooms were very nice. They provide a glass water bottle upon arrival and offer “free refills,” however they expect you to refill it yourself from a sink on the 6th floor.

A hidden gem near the Duomo! Excellent location and I could not have asked for a better place to be in for the center of Milan. Can get to the Duomo in five minutes, and to other central locations quickly. Near a Metro (the Duomo) so can also get to areas quickly. The staff was helpful. The lobby is very small, and jut a desk to check in to and some seats. But not asking for much for the lobby needs. The room (was a junior room suite) was nice and spacious and had nice air conditioning, especially needed for the heat dome! Always ask for extra bottled water that is offered free. Breakfast was good, but not a huge choice of items as seen in bigger hotel chains. But the staff in the dining room is very nice and helpful! I would stay again because of location and the cleanliness and staff hospitality.

The location is perfect

The room was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond my expectations. My only complain, which is a big complaint, is that the room was terribly noisy at night and the beds were extra firm. It was very difficult to sleep throughout the night. My wife and I both had issues each night and if we had known we would’ve picked another hotel. If you are a heavy sleeper you will be fine and enjoy an incredible hotel

Overall, we had a very good experience at this hotel. The location was excellent, very convenient, well located, and it felt safe to walk around the area. The staff was great throughout our stay and always helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of good options every morning. The only downside was the honesty bar on the 6th floor. There were not many options available, and there was usually nobody there to help or assist. Besides that, everything else was great and we would definitely consider staying here again.
