Building is not noise isolate, I can even hear dogs barking in the morning. SAt night was a noisy party near by with loud music, imposible to sleep. Reception informed that the will call the police which is a joke in Mexico. Of course nothing happened.

Only situation is that my “clean” towels when I check in, had some blood stains (or like that) and the blackout curtain stopped working, besides that, everything was great they took care of it right away

We had a pleasant stay, and the front desk was very accommodating to my family’s needs. The only reason I didn’t rate our stay a 10 is because room service was extremely slow.

The pool area was dirty pool water need it to be treated it looked super dirty .

Todo estuvo perfecto, limpieza, servicio . excepto que dice Breackfast incluido, y lo que es, es jugo, leche, café, cereales, pan tostado y yogur. es una línea fría. Y ahí mismo tienen una línea caliente, tienen chilaquiles, huevo etc. y tienes que pagar si quieres algo de ahí. Cuando pagas por Breackfast incluido “según”.

There isn’t anything negative to say about this property I would stay there anytime

Was unique no taxes for no show.

We were looking forward to use the pool but were concerned when noticing a broken light in the pool. The most concerning thing was that a family went to notify the front desk of the pool situation and not one staff member came to potentially close the access to the pool until it was investigated. 40 minutes later staff did come and repaired the light fixture. I eventually saw a lil girl enjoying the pool. Aside from the above the rooms were very comfortable! The sitting areas in the hotel were really nice!

Weird parking

The AC thermostat would not adjust properly the room would get too cold then too hot, horrible night also not updated to recive type C adapter few regular outlets too acomódate reg chargers. Shower door has a gap and flooded the floor had to lay all the room towels to mop up the puddle of water generated from two showers we took... definitely not returning here.

I didn't like that the restrooms in all the rooms had no privacy. The shower was see through and the restroom was in the open, no privacy, no door.

Front desk staff very friendly knowledgeable and professional. Enjoyed the stay. Will stay more often when traveling to Mexicali
