It was advertised as a 4 star but didn't feel like it beyond everything being extra clean. We went to see the pool and tiles were chipping off but front stiff just said "ok", like no biggie. The room had the tiniest fridge and no microwave or a single USB outlet to charge anything. Actual outlets (the ones not smashed) were in a very inconvenient spot under or beneath furniture. The shower didn't drain but when brought staff only said, again, "sorry", but didn't offer any solution. We only came to sleep as we had an early flight, but I doubt we will come back after this experience.

Breakfast is very good but it starts rather late, at 7 AM.

It’s a great hotel. Clean and well maintained. The staff are really excellent: cleaners, reception - everyone is polite and friendly. The location is great. Very close to the airport and a 7 minute walk to the nearest metro. Parking at the back of the hotel is free. We spend 4 nights here and would stay again and no we couldn’t hear the airplanes

Everybody was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and the people at the reception were a great guide to find my way around.

Suitable airport hotel

Lovely hotel, good location, very nice staff

Clean room. Helpful staff. Airport shuttle times were a bit restrictive for the times we needed to be at the airport, so had to rent a car an extra day and took taxi from airport after missing last hotel shuttle time by 5 minutes

The staff were very helpful and the room was lovely, but we had noisy neighbors who loved to slam the doors .

Hotel location is in an industrial area and the initial external impression raised some concerns for us, but the hotel is well appointed, maintained, managed and very clean. I would gladly stay again with no worries. Nothing on walking distance, but helpful staff recommended the high-end Primark shopping mall a short taxi ride away and it was fantastic with a number of good restaurants, movie theater, quick bites and great shopping choices. Downside: Please note the free airport shuttle doesn't start until 6AM, so be sure to count on a taxi fare for early AM departures!

Staff pleasant, but hotel was incredibly noisy. Traffic noise, airplanes (which is to be expected so close to airport, I suppose), doors slamming and guests being very noisy in the courtyard late into the night. Bed was a bit hard. Sleep was not easy.

Just stayed one night near airport. Booked this hotel because there was shuttle bus between hotel and airport. But there was none. Maybe because we landed late. But still it was not a good experience.

Good location for the airport. Comfortable clean room. No kettle facilities, but coffee available in bar. Nice bar/restaurant with both gourmet (in the restaurant) and more basic menus at reasonable prices. Swimming pool not available at time of stay.

Convenient shuttle bus to airport and walking distance to metro. Great hotel breakfast and restaurant. Helpful hotel staff.

My experience was on 5/6/2026 I have no complaints about the facility itself. The hotel is excellent, very nicer and conveniently located near the airport. The property itself was great. However, the service was horrible. I made a reservation for this hotel but when I arrived they sent me to another hotel from the same company located about 15 miles away. I had to take a cab and pay for the transfer myself. They did not even offer transportation assistance. They claimed that I had booked the wrong hotel, which is not true. I booked the hotel through Orbitz and the reservation process was very clear. Again, the hotel itself was excellent, and I have nothing against the hotel company as a whole. This was mainly a customer service and communication issue. The effort to accommodate me was close to none. I hope this review helps future guests.
