I had a great night’s sleep and was welcomed with a healthy, hearty breakfast! Reception was very cheerful and offered plenty of suggestions as to where we could to visit! Loved our stay!

Enjoyed our stay at the Port Azafata! People were friendly and helpful! The suite stay rooms were very spacious and accommodating! Metro station was very near by and afforded a way of escaping without needing to tak the car!

It was great near the airport walking distance

I checked in late afternoon & it was hot but when I entered my room, the air conditioner was already running so it was cool. It was very welcoming.

Only complaint is it was a little tricky to meet hotel courtesy pickup at the airport. Very close to the airport runway but soundproofing of the hotel was excellent. No noise from planes at all. Hotel very modern and clean. Restaurant small but adequate. Staff friendly Very close to Centauro Rentacar.

I really enjoyed my stay at the property. The rooms were really neat, the staff were very nice and the overall facilities were great. The location was also very adequate.

Paid for 2 rooms , for 2 nights each. 1st 2 rooms had zero cooling from the non functioning air conditioners. Strong odour ( mixture of tobacco and air cleaner ). Dirty ( blood stained ) bedsheets with tears and holes. 2nd set of rooms were marginally better. Cleaner bedsheets, but zero cooling ability from air conditioning + the repulsive odour. Expedia was of no help. Spoke to Mohammed on the Help Line. We picked up our bags and left to a beautiful facility near the ocean. Manager kept insisting the the hotel was nice and lots of people like it. We left with zero compensation for the 2 days prepaid. I know that Expedia will not publish this review, but you have lost a loyal customer who will share my experience with everyone.

Excellent hotel!

This property has deteriorated since the opening. There are many issues that go unresolved. For example,the AC throughout the building doesn’t cool, it only blows air. The elevator door seems like it is about to come apart and partially closes . It makes loud noise and it is scary to ride the elevator. The staff are not very friendly and just want to sell you more amenities. I had parking included in my reservation, but the front desk insisted I had to pay for parking. I ate at the restaurant and got sick with stomach pain and diarrhea. I would never go back to this hotel .

Very handy location. Metro 10 minute walk. Lidl market tight by. Small pool however great after a day exploring! Staff were excellent. Food in restaurant was varied. Overall. A good place to stay out of the city and best the airport - not noisy at all!!

Stayed at Port Azafata just for one night to be close to the Valencia airport. The triple room was large enough, but the beds are so hard, didn't get any sleep. The walls is the room are very dirty, maybe some paint wouldn't hurt.

Very nice stay, close to the airport. My flight left at 6am, and since the shuttle starts at 6am, the staff helped us get a taxi. Although it is very close, the taxi was 10 Euros because it was so early. The pool is nice, and the stay was enjoyable.

Great hotel

A long wait at check-in because they were full and turning people away, even though we had booked and confirmed through hotels.com. I contacted hotels.com and about 20 minutes later they made a room available. Not nice to wait for over an hour and almost miss dinner after an eight hour drive.
