Location 2km to Phu Quoc night market, easy to go to Vin (bus) or Sun (22km) Friendly receptionist, welcoming to guests. Breakfast with many dishes. 100m to the beach. New room, clean but soundproofing is not really good.

Beautiful, clean hotel. New and luxurious interior. Especially the staff is very enthusiastic and friendly, supporting guests wholeheartedly. Breakfast is diverse and delicious. My family had a great vacation.

Đã xem nhiều review trước đó nên mới tin tưởng lựa chọn AVS Hotel làm nơi nghỉ ngơi trong chuyến đi Phú Quốc 4 ngày lần này. Cách phục vụ của nhân viên khách sạn rất nhã nhặn, tế nhị và chu đáo. Hôm mình check-in có lễ tân Châu và Toàn hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình. Đồ ăn sáng ở AVS Hotel cũng rất ngon và đổi món hằng ngày. Hôm mình ở có cả thịt đà điểu và thịt nai. Nếu có dịp quay lại Phú Quốc chắc chắn mình sẽ chọn khách sạn AVS.

Thân gửi AVS lần đầu tới Phú Quốc nhưng đây là khách sạn rất tốt 😊mọi người nên book nha!

Mình đặt nhầm 2 phòng, tới nơi nhận phòng mới biết, nhưng khách sạn đã nhanh chóng giúp mình huỷ phòng

Đêm đầu tiên khi mình hỏi lễ tân, lễ tân trả lời không có dầu gội và dầu xả. Nhưng ngày hôm sau thì có nói là đã set lên phòng cho mình rồi. Nhưng khi mình gội thì phát hiện ra đó là cùng 1 loại với sữa tắm, và gel rửa tay. Việc khách sạn không có đã là một điểm trừ rồi nhưng việc không trung thực thì còn thiếu chuyên nghiệp hơn. Nhân viên lễ tân ở đây hầu như đều thân thiện và nhiệt tình ngoại trừ một nam lễ tân có thái độ khá khó chịu mỗi khi mình hỏi. Khách sạn thì gần biển, view tầng thượng khá đẹp, bể bơi không có mái che như mình nghĩ. Đọc thông tin thì nói có bar mini nhưng thực tế là bar không hoạt động. Mình nghĩ là nếu có dịp trở lại Phú Quốc mình sẽ không lựa chọn AVS

Bad service! Staff attitude is usually not very enthusiastic. The dryer was broken, at 11am, I called the front desk and said there was no way to fix it, so I had to go to sleep with a wet head. Breakfast was crowded with no seats, waiting for 20 minutes to tell the staff to arrange a place for them to see the arrangement. Little food, average quality. There is no mini bar in the room. The rooftop bar is also closed. The hotel is only worth 2 * or 3 *, the quality is extremely poor. Will not come back next time and do not recommend to anyone.

The hotel is in the center, the room is small but it is also clean, the rooftop pool is currently under maintenance so it can't be used, the breakfast seems to be rich but I only ate fish noodles and went in a hurry so I haven't tried many dishes, Unfortunately the hotel does not have an airport shuttle. The reception is very enthusiastic, supports finding food and supports vinpearl bus location.
