The location is strategic, close to the mall and international port. Clean, great service. Next time I go to Batam, I'd love to go there again.

The view is beautiful, the facilities are good, and the location is next to Batam Center Harbor. Before check-in, you're asked to pay a 300,000 IDR deposit. A 150,000 IDR charge applies for stains on the sheets, not larger than 1 cm.

It is very impractical to stay in this apartment, the price is standard but in certain points it is unreasonable. The bedsheets only have sauce stains and do not leave any stains. My deposit was cut by 200 thousand, with the reason that the bedsheets cannot be reused. The marketing trick is extraordinary.

Palem Mansion at One Residence is the perfect choice for family gatherings, as each apartment has two bedrooms and a connecting door. So, a large family of four can gather comfortably.

Strategic location, ok room, ok atmosphere, only the front line staff is not very friendly. Hopefully in the future it can be better. Overall ok.

The gym is not on time, it opens at 6, you have to call security before the gym can be opened, parking is paid for 24 hours, 60 thousand, so there is no free parking from other apartments, overall it is good.
