We booked for 3 nights but only stayed one night due to the unsatisfactory room condition. The rug and bed had an unpleasant smell, the wall paint was cracked, and the room felt damp. We requested an early check-out and refund the next morning. Hotel staff, Zul handled it well, and we received the refund. Great staff, but the room quality needs improvement.

Hotel need ronavation, and old style hotel. Staff need training service excellent. Location is good and easy to find food.

The room lights are not bright enough, the AC is not cold enough, the position of the AC is not good because it is directly towards the bed and hits the body. The pillow is very bad because it is dirty and not filled. Hopefully in the future all this can be improved and become even better.

Toilet had a pipe problem I think, smelled like sewage the whole time. Room had a musty smell and sheets were not the cleanest. Good thing is that they allowed us to keep our luggage there after checking out while we went exploring.

When I did my booking, I requested for an early check in and a room on a high floor (obviously a good view was essential). Did not receive any reply. When we arrived at 1630hrs, we were told that our room was not ready. We only managed to get our room key an hour later at 1730hrs. We were assigned to a room on the 6th floor which was acceptable as this hotel only had 10 floors. Very disappointed as we were given a room with no windows. The following day, we were out most of the day. When we came back in the late evening, we were again disappointed as our room was not made. Trash cans were full, toiletries and coffee/tea were not replenished. We had to request for housekeeping. We have stayed in this hotel before and this is by far the worse stay we've had.
