The hotel is cool and comfortable... Quite aesthetic

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities were lacking; no water heater was provided, but you could ask for hot water from the receptionist, who provided it in a kettle. The doors were difficult to lock. The building is made of wood but is on a main road, so the sound of passing vehicles is loud and quite disturbing to sleep. Breakfast was provided at 7 am, delivered to the room. It wasn't provided from the restaurant but purchased outside in the form of a lunch box. It was delicious, and there were no issues with the taste. However, hotel breakfast is usually at 6 am. There was no information about the 7 am breakfast time upon check-in, so I waited until I was hungry and had a complaint.

No hot water, many black ants, many small wood/dirt fell to our bed

The room was nice, but there were tons of large black ants everywhere. They were on the wall next to the small bed and in the bathroom, too. Large black ants were falling from the ceiling, which had no ceiling because the room was a wooden berugak.

The hotel staff is friendly and the service is good. For the hotel management team, please provide medicine to get rid of ants, especially in the bathroom because there are so many ants. I'm tired of having to spray the ants every time I go into the bathroom so they run away... And one more review from me is that I can't sleep soundly at all, because the room is very noisy from the sound of motorbikes passing by from the highway... The atmosphere at night is cold even though there is no AC. Next time I want to staycation here again, I don't think so for me, every night I am tortured and can't sleep because it is so noisy from the sound of motorbikes...

There are lots of black ants nesting there, but it's a village, so the rural atmosphere is really beautiful.

It's strategically located, comfortable, and cool, like a village home, and very close to tourist attractions. The price is also worth it. Awesome 👍

I love the countryside, the cool air, but unfortunately the pump is broken, and the water only flows from 5 to 7:30. Please anticipate this quickly. It's ruining your holiday with your wife, boss.

very strategic location to the jatim park group tourist area. and malang strudel souvenirs...in general very good and impressive what needs to be added is hotel/room slippers and breakfast preferably with a buffet with a choice of traditional menus would be better.
