My daughter and husband loved the swimming pool. The accommodation was clean and very good.

I like that the room is well-proportioned. Those staying long-term will probably like it because there is a small kitchen area and a stove. Although there is not much breakfast, it has everything a buffet breakfast line should have. The taste is good.

The magnificent facility outweighs the staff shortage and the poor breakfast buffet and cleanliness, I’d recommend increasing the staff and mind the buffet quality.

Rude front of house staff maybe just language barrier, pools turns blonde hair green and breakfast is really crappy but only downsides. Awsome set up with rooftop bars. Room service food okay. Great value for money. Feels like North Korea sometimes with no one around but is good would go back again.

It is like staying in a service condominium. The accessories are completely there. The hotel is a little bit old but acceptable. Not close to the sea, just nearby. Overall is OK with an acceptable price. The staff are very welcoming and helpful.

Citygate is a real modern hotel with beautiful pool and fitness center (receptionist Katai is wonderful). The staff are super helpful and I highly recommend it.

Good room, good service, delicious food, coffee is not worth the price.

It is a modern style hotel, beautiful, large rooms, fully equipped. able to cook There are two large swimming pools. Breakfast is varied, tastes okay. The hotel is located in Kamala Beach, Phuket, near the back of Canavel Amusement Park.

Very good bed and location, but staff is really not good-many don't understand a word of english and reception is very slow, ect took us 10 min to get information about check-out, think they forgot us. Absolut no information when check-in, nothing about wifi code, nothing about how to go to pool ect, some tool us go staigt and we not find then some other say go over in the other building, same with parking, I can keep gooing. Maybe that 's why this hotel get bad review-overall OK hotel, teach staff better.
